think the "Terms and Agreements" should be clearer and more visible and that the whole thing is very sneaky and corrupt. I begged for my money to be refunded and talked to several customer service reps and they wouldn't even think about it, so the fact that I had to go through the Revdex.com is sad on your business part. My money is now refunded but not until the complaint was filed. I am done speaking to the company and hope no one else is tricked in this way.

The customer placed the orders for two of our products the Metabo Garcinia and the Metabo Green coffee. The products are on a 14 day trial period and the customer has that time to try out the products before they pay. If the customer decides the product is not for them and cancels within the trial...
period they are billed nothing more, however, if the customer likes the product then once the trial period expires they are billed for the original product and placed on a 30 day auto bill and ship program. The customer placed the order on 2/16/15 which is day 1 of the trial period and we did not hear anymore from the customer till 3/31/15 at which time the agent discussed the terms and conditions which must be agreed to before placing the order with the customer and as a courtesy went ahead and cancelled out the account and has refunded the charges on our end. The funds were released as of 3/31/15. Gentlemen, I have viewed the message received by you on my behalf, I've also received another message from them telling me that they have refunded the $59.95 debited from my acct. As I did not order any such 'special training system', it was an unauthorized debit charge, I will not reply to that company until my acct. has actually been credited with the monies. Please let me know if you would want me to forward the last email I've received from VL, almost the same as the first one yet no credit received up to date. Upon reviewing the account I do see that the agent notated that he had went over the terms and conditions with the client approximately 3 times. The customer had the orders for the Metabo Garcinia and the Metabo Green Coffee products on the account. These products as stated in the terms...
and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the order are on a 14 day trial period and that the customer has those 14 days to try out the product before paying full cost. If the customer decides the products are not for them then they simply contact customer support to cancel out before the trial period expires to avoid any future billing, if the customer likes the products once the trial period expires they are then billed for the products they have and placed on a 30 day auto bill and ship program until they do cancel out which they can do so at any time. [redacted] placed her order on 3/29/15 and we did not hear from her again until 4/14/15. The agent was explaining that due to not cancelling within the trial period the account would not qualify for a refund as per the terms and conditions that [redacted] agreed to before placing the order, however we do understand the situation and if [redacted] is able to send back the products unopened then we are willing to offer a full refund. If the products have been used we will provide a courtesy refund of 50% on each. Please advise which refund she is eligible for and we will begin the refund process immediately.
