Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this company any "trial" offer, because you will end up paying much higher fees than originally expected. While the company may stay within the legal limits of the law, their online practices are very deceptive. There appears to be no recourse, and if not satisfied, you will be not be given a refund. High $$ lesson learned the hard way!

Despite their response via the Revdex.com web site where this company said it would refund my charges in full, I received the following email from them on the same day (11/29/16):  Refunded Order Notification Order Number: [redacted] Ordered on 08/11/2016 09:58pm Dear [redacted], This email is to inform you that we have refunded the amount of $59.95 back to your payment method originally used on order number [redacted], which was originally purchased on 08/11/2016 09:58pm for the total amount of $59.95. If you have any questions about this notification or if you feel you are receiving this in error, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team. IMPORTANT: Charges will appear on your credit card statement. Sincerely, Your Friends at Metabo Matrix.In this email, they say they have issued a  refund for $59.95 (but as of 12/2/16, no refund has been issued to my credit card), NOT the actual total refund due, which is $109.90.  I responded to this email questioning why the amount was incorrect (sent 11/29/16).  The company has not replied to my inquiry.  I understand that they say the refund will not show for 3-5 business days, but I'm concerned the amount will be incorrect if they do issue that.  I would like a corrected credit memo, and will not accept their email as resolution... until the money is actually refunded into my account.  I don't think I'm being unreasonable, based on their past actions.  I feel I have to see the credit before I can consider my issue concluded.  Thank you for your consideration of my concerns. [redacted]

[redacted] After reviewing your account I see you were provided RMA's to return your products for a refund I see that some of them were returned and refunded in full already as a courtesy we refunded all charges in full today to resolve the complaint.

While I am working with my bank, I will also be seeking legal advice on matter. The information you provide to my bank showed a tracking number that indicated this item had been delivered to my mailbox. When I looked up that tracking number, it showed that the item did not even go out for delivery. So you are systematically lying & cheating people out of their money. I think a class action suit would be best course of action for me based on all the other reviews I've seen.

We did receive an email from [redacted] wishing to cancel out his account as of 3/09/15 and responded promptly on 3/10/15 requesting for the customer to please provide us with the order id number or email address that was used when placing the order because we were unable to locate an account that...

matched with the name and email he had provided. We did not hear again from the customer until 4/03/15 with the same name and email that was provided before and we responded again that we are unable to locate the account and asked if he had used a different email when placing the order. Not until we received this complaint have we been provided with the correct email so that we are able to assist the customer. The customer originally signed up with us on 2/12/14 for the 14 day trial program of our products the Metabo Green Coffee and the Metabo Garcinia and as stated in the terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the order we would have needed to hear from the customer before the trial period expires to avoid any future billing. Once the trial period expires the customer is then placed on the 30 day auto bill and ship program until they do cancel out. For the most recent shipment that was billed and shipped out as of 4/01/15 we are willing to accept that product back for a full refund as long as it has not been opened. We do understand the customer's frustration and wish that we had been provided with the accurate information so that we could have assisted him sooner. As a courtesy even though it is outside of our 30 day return and refund policy we will offer the customer a 50% partial refund on the first shipment as well.
