My bank account went into overdraft because of the $89.00 you took out. My bank called and was told there's no account in my name. Then twice I called and twice I was told that no account could be found. When I asked "What do I do now?" And twice the phone was disconnected because they hung up on me.Most of all, I NEVER heard of this product and I have never received ANYTHING from your business. I have diabetes and I never take any kind of pill that is not okayed by my doctor. Therefore I know I never ordered from you.Please send me a refund for this product I have never seen! Plus I want $37.00 towards my overdraft charges.Please respond. I never have but $25.00 in my checking account which confuses me as to why this happened.I would be like you to consider my request.

SCAM! Beware they say your are getting a trial for 14 days but it takes longer to get it then that then they will charge your credit card $89.95. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!

[redacted],We do show the product was delivered however USPS only keeps records for a period of time.  Once a chargeback is filed with your bank we are unable to provide any type of refund as a resolution to the account.  The outcome will be between you and your bank.  I am sorry I am not able to help more I hope you have a great day!

With our products the customer is on a 14 day trial with the products if you decide the products are not for you and cancel within the trial period you are not billed anything further, however if you do like the product and want to continue on the program you are billed after the trial period...

expires and placed on a 30 day auto bill and ship program till you do cancel out. These are stated in the terms and conditions that must be agreed to when placing the order. The customer placed order on 3/30/15 and we did not hear from the customer again until 4/15/15 when the trial period had expired. If the products have not been opened then we willing to offer a full refund on those products returned however if they have been opened we are still willing to meet the customer half ways and issue a partial refund of 50% even though the terms and conditions were agreed to when placing the order.

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I don't understand why the second refund cannot be made due to "charge back status" as I don't understand what it means.First of all, I did not order those items they forced on me - I merely tried their two "samples" by paying only for the shipping and handling.  They did not specify on the online promotion for those samples that by accepting to try those "samples", we were also ordering the products.  I most certainly did not order the products.
