They in no way made it clear AT ALL during the purchase process that there was any kind of "14 day trial period" that had to be cancelled before the end of the 14 days. If that would have been made clear, I certainly would not have purchased the product as my family and I are a single income household because I have to be home for our special needs daughter. So at this point, I don't believe that said business will do anything more than what they are offering, so that is why I am going to accept their offer for the 50% because of course the product was partially used. I'm sure there was no consideration for the fact that they cost us an additional $70 for overdrafting our bank account either.

The customer signed up for a 14 day trial period which in the terms and conditions it stated that if she did not cancel she would be billed for the bottles she received in trial and put in a monthly subscription. The customer contacted customer service and was refunded for the most recent charges...

without sending back the products. If she wants a refund for the previous month she can send back the bottles for a refund as long as the bottles are not open; but a refund can not be issued if she still has the products. The customer has been billed since November of 2014 and just contacted us February to cancel her account. If she would like to return the bottles she can contact customer service to return or respond to this message.
