The customer placed the order on 3/31/15 and we did not hear from the customer until 4/15/15 and was to assume everything was fine with the account again due to the information being provided in the terms and conditions that the customer agreed to before placing the order. Due to the customer not contacting us within the trial period it is not our policy to issue a full refund and the agent did reship out a complimentary product. As a courtesy because we do understand the situation on top of reshipping the product we will extend out a 50% courtesy refund. Please let us know if she accepts this as a resolution and we will begin the refund process immediately.

I have reviewed this account as see that one of the two charges are in chargeback with your bank. Once a chargeback is processed we are unable to provide a refund on that charge. In an effort to resolve this complaint I have refunded the other charge in full. The...

I called to cancel this product after being charged a ridiculous fee before I could cancel it. The lady on the phone, [redacted] (sp?), was disrespectful and rude. When I told her I wanted to cancel the product because it didn't work, she asked me if I was using it correctly and went into the instructions. I told her that I had and that I would like to cancel. She then proceeded to tell me they could give me a discount. I told her that I would just like to cancel the product. She said, ok and than told me that there was a $1.95 fee for canceling. She said it was in their terms and conditions. I told her I would like to see where it says that a fee of $1.95 is charged for canceling. She took me to a page that said... You expressly agree to honor all charges and fees due in association with this Subscription(s). But it doesn't say how much and it doesn't specify what the charges and fees are for. I told her that I am not paying that fee. It didn’t specify that there was a fee for canceling and it didn’t specify how much the fees were. I told her that I wanted to speak to her manager. She told me that her manager does not talk to customers. After a little while of us going back and forth about the fee and speaking to a manager, I told her that I was reporting this. I asked for her manager’s name - she said it is [redacted]. She then said that I was getting worked up so that she would waive the fee. Don't some of these companies rip you off enough - why do they need the extra $1.95?

chargeback status with your bank. I see that you were refunded 30% of each of those charges that are in chargeback status back on 10/27/2015. I am unabel to provide any type of refund on those charges due to that status and once a chargeback is filed your bank pulls the funds from our side and provides you a credit. You are correct you should see 4 refunds in total back to your account. I did double check our billing system and the refunds were successfully processed back on 11/10/2015 when I responded to this complaint. Please double check with your finical institution to insure you received all 4 now. Below I have provided the transaction ID so you can track them better with your financial institution. I am happy we were able to resolve this issue today have a great day!

Attached is a picture of the company when I canceled future orders. The email address is ([email protected]) they are associated with the company I originally added on my email. It's all one big scam.
