I think the "Terms and Agreements" should be clearer and more visible and that the whole thing is very sneaky and corrupt. I begged for my money to be refunded and talked to several customer service reps and they wouldn't even think about it, so the fact that I had to go through the Revdex.com is sad on your business part. My money is now refunded but not until the complaint was filed. I am done speaking to the company and hope no one else is tricked in this way.

The customer account has been refunded when she called in and spoke with our representative they informed her of our return policy and that a 14.95 restocking fee would be applied the customer agreed to that policy. We have went ahead and waived the restocking fee so her account has been refunded...

I think this company has to step up and take responsibility for Shady business practices! I recently saw an ad online for Cellumis which is an anti wrinkle/aging serum for $4.95. It was advertised as a special rate and I went for it. Of course it was too good to be true. Come 2 weeks later, I see a charge on my account for $95 from Cellumis! As you can imagine I was shocked and so I called customer service and kindly asked where this charge was coming from. The lady on the line says "well ma'am that is the charge for the full bottle of Cellumis that was sent to you." I asked her what the $4.95 was and she says "well that's the shipping and handling charge and if you didn't send it back within 14 days of purchase then the full charge was taken from your account." Baffled of course I said "this was never disclosed to me and I didn't agree to it".
Turns out I did! She told me that all of that information (including the $95 charge information) was in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!!

I don't know about you but I've made a bad habit of just checking that box, which I will NEVER do again. But I also think it's absolutely shady business practice to take advantage of people by hiding that kind of thing in the terms and conditions.

I ordered the free 14 day trial of skin cream on 1/19/16 and returned it on 1/25/16. Today my checking account was charged $94.90 for the product. After being on hold for over an hour, a company representative gave me a cancellation no of [redacted]. As I was trying to explain that I wanted a credit for the $94.50 ~ he hung up on me! My bank is working to have the debit reversed.

Upon reviewing the account we were originally unable to issue a refund due to the account being in Charge back status, the account has been cancelled and there has been no further charges. I am showing that you did speak with a member of our customer service team, it appears that the dispute filed was lost and the funds were returned back to us. As a courtesy we did issue a refund for the charges associated with the full cost of the products in the amounts of $49.95 and $59.95 as of 09/02/16.
