I too was charged $86 I did not authorize. The charge was supposed to be $4.95 for shipping and handling only. There was no detail telling me I had to cancel goods in 14 days and return goods or I would be charged some ridiculous price.
I contacted said merchant and they said they would refund, they gave me a confirmation number but not a date.
I contacted my credit card company of unauthorized charges.
I thought I was getting a FREE trial of face and eye wrinkle reducing cream, free meaning product free, only paying shipping and handling. I was so wrong, if you don't return product within 14 days, bam! They slap on a charge of $89.99 for each product, then they'll ship you the product every 30 days for that amount unless you cancel membership. I had no idea of the terms which is not listed in front of your face unless you click "terms". Usually you have to check a box agreeing to terms, nope, no box to check.

CELLUMIS is a complete Scam! They charged my credit card 2x $182.99 total without my consent.
Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this company any "trial" offer, because you will end up paying much higher fees than originally expected. While the company may stay within the legal limits of the law, their online practices are very deceptive. There appears to be no recourse, and if not satisfied, you will be not be given a refund. High $$ lesson learned the hard way!
I do see that the customer signed up for the 14 day trial program on 2/21/15. In our terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the order it does state that the customer has a 14 day trial with the product and if the customer does not want to be billed and placed on the 30 day auto...
bill and ship program after the trial period expires the customer must contact customer service and cancel out. We did not hear from the customer until 3/08/15 where our agent did go over the terms and conditions with the customer and cancelled out the account. If the customer has not used the products and they are unopened we are willing to offer a full refund upon receipt of the products. We would need for the customer to email us directly so that we can provide them with the necessary information. If the customer has used the products we are still willing to meet the customer half ways and offer an immediate courtesy refund of 50% on the charges. Please let us know which option the customer would like to proceed with so we can begin the refund process.

We have cancelled the account and issued a refund in the amount of $54.95 back to the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
