We have been looking into the complaint and we have double checked the information and can confirm that the PO Box address was open for the duration of the entry periodWe received entries from other entrants via the PO Box entry route during the entry period
We would like to note that Skype isn't responsible for entries lost in the post or for any postal entries that were not received before July
However, if you still think that the entry was returned as a result of an issue with the PO Box address not being available during the entry period then we will look into this further if you send us proof that you sent their entry to the correct address during the entry period like the envelope with the time stamp from the post office

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as Microsoft contacted me last week around Tuesday by phone and indicated that they would reimburse the original payment I made back in DecemberThey also indicated they will send me a new refurbished equipmentI did not want to respond until I got the new box and tried it. I got the xbox refurbished box last ThrusdayI only had a chance to try it this morningAlthough the box was missing the memory card and I just happened to have one, now the xbox works and my money has been refunded. I wanted to let you know that I am contempt with the result and I do not want to continue complainingIt was a shame that it took this long to "fix" this issueI also want to let you know that I appreciate all the efforts you took to help meIt was not until I got the Revdex.com involved that I got a positive response. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I spent nearly hours trouble shooting the disc with your agents before I started dealing with your supervisorsI uninstalled the disc and reinstalled it, I cleared the blu ray save information, I reset and adjust my account, as well as multiple other things and none of them workedSo no, I don't accept your resolutionThe fact that I said I spent hours on the phone with your agents and you don't think that in any of that time I did basic troubleshooting makes me think that this is a generic apathetic response to an actual problem with your customer serviceAlso your failure to even acknowledge the completely unprofessional treatment I received from your supervisors is alarmingYOUR update ruined my disc rendering it useless, YOUR employees were rude and apathetic to me when I was having a genuine problem, and YOUR failure to take this seriously is frustrating to say the least.
