Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I have a reference number that I received from Adelaine in the Customer Service Department on 10 July at 2:18:08 stating:"Here's your reference number--->> [redacted]"I am attaching the entire conversation using your chat service with your rep.  My issue is that I changed my region due to a military move overseas to Italy and in accordance with your guidance (also included in the chat), there was no mention that the default language of the country would be in Italian with no option to change it back to English.  Now I have to read my options when I connect in Italian and I don't speak or read Italian.  Despite this, your rep advised that's what I have to deal with for the next three months with no ability for you or I to override the default language for this region.Sincerely,[redacted]

Before filing the complaint, I have already called mircorsoft customer service for three times!
The first time I called because I did not get the gift card one month after my order. After my call, Microsoft emailed me wrong gift cards.
Then I called Microsoft for two times to ask for a replacement. The answer I got is: "I am sorry but we can not help you."
I also asked to talk to the manager. And I was kept on listening to the music forever and nobody answered me.
Who else can I talk to, Microsoft?

I have reference numbers like crazy for you guys. Supposedly your advocacy team has it now but I haven't heard a thing from you guys in two weeks.
I have a reference number regarding the missing system here: XXXXXXXXXX. It is now the 21st of July. In three days it will be one month since I discovered my system was lost. One month prior to that, I shipped it to you, and for the two months prior to that, I had a system that was not working. This is outrageous customer support.

I have finally received a system, and I will accept this as over and done with. I did not receive the alleged enclosed 30 day xbox live card, but that would do little to make amends anyway. Regardless, I will certainly be thinking twice about purchasing any of your products again.
