Complaint: [redacted]1st: I am impressed with the urgency or interest Microsoft demonstrated on helping customers... Months later I receive a generic response.
2nd: You can investigate further by reading my original complaint and responding to it. The Microsoft case number and details were already provided. As previously stated, Microsoft conclusion was: "buy a new computer", after Microsoft unable to repair the machine, but confirmed problem was due to Microsoft installation.
3rd: I had to pay $200 to HP for fixing the computer after the disaster the Win10 update generated. I am still waiting on Microsoft to refund the money I lost. I have enough evidence from HP confirming what caused the computer to die. Let me know what is required so that I get my money.

when I downloaded Windows 10 on my seven it crashed the laptop. All I'm asking is that you guys fix that.

Thank you for offering the help but sadly this is not the answer I want to get. Your CS has been saying the same since the very beginning and I've never seen any actual action from them to really solve the issue. My skype account name is [redacted] and please refund my skype credits plus the two subscriptions (since both of them can't provide the promised service).
Also, I would like to file a complaint to the CS who hanged up my phone call when I called in to ask for help. He refused to give me his name so if you could track it down, then it will be the best. I understand this might not be possible because how slowly skype handles this issue and it's been so long.
