The issue with my EA Access account has been looked into repeatedly by EA on their support forums. The link to the posting on their forums is here:
http://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-Access/Cannot-use-EA-Access-for-multiple-weeks-Xbox-...⇄ /> The rep that has responded to the issue has repeatedly stated that the issue is not with the EA Access app, it is with my account on Xbox Live. I have done numerous items at their instruction on how to resolve the issue and none of the actions (detailed in the liniked form post) have resolved the issue. My account shows as Inactive with EA Access, though I have a live subscription until 11/11/16. As I have repeatedly stated with Xbox Live support, nothing I have done at their instruction has resolved this issue and nothing I have done with EA support has resolved the issue.
I have completely reformatted my Xbox One and nothing in that process has resolved the issue. At this point, the issue lies on Microsoft's end as it is an Xbox Live account issue, not one with EA Access.

indicate you chatted with an agent who explained that because of the auto renewal and the redemption of the 12 month subscription card, you will have 13 months of paid Xbox Live subscriptions. The extra month you have paid for will not over lap with the 12 months redeemed in the card, so you will not be charged twice for the same month. Because of this, your case has been closed as resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:The enforcement states there was a theft, there still is no proof of this theft. This is my account and my son is on it. As a paying consumer, have the right to know what the theft involved. If this is theft of my information, then you as the company is in violation of my privacy and account information.There needs to be a better way to communicate with consumers in these types of situations.

There was disrespect from a few of your level 3 reps one example was-telling me to quit calling.
