I am rejecting this response because: Please review complaint #[redacted] It seems to me that the phone techs are reading a book instead of listening to my problem. I would like to talk to someone that can think out of the box.

I am rejecting this response because:The Microsoft case # was [redacted] but they did not document all my calls. Even when I asked the rep, he implied that I called a month prior even though I called the company the day prior and was on the phone with them for 1.5 hours. This is not resolved,
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: That section of the User Agreement specifies "content related to the account". The video games that I purchased using my XBOX were not done with specificity to that one account. Just because I was "signed in" under that account when I purchased the games, does not make them solely associated to that account and it is illegal and unjust if Microsoft is doing such. I purchased every single video game as a seperate Product from the Xbox Live Service that is controlled by Microsoft and they do not have the right to take away my independently purchased Video Games with the suspension of that Service. To once again prove this, if I had purchased the video game in the store on a disc instead of downloading the digital version, I would be able to use the video game with any account on the XBOX because the two are unrelated products made by different companies. Every single Video Game that was purchased by me on that XBOX console I have every right to maintain, no matter the status of a single xbox live Service for an account which is handled completely independently of the video games.
If this issue is not resolved, I will be filing a class action lawsuit for illegal and immoral business practices. This scandal by Microsoft is stealing thousands of dollars every day from consumers and will not be tolerated any longer just simply for their size and influence.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]Thank you very much for the credit to the account. I appreciate it, however that only solves part of the problem. Several questions still remain about my security that I need responses from from Skype. They provided a link to their security page, none of which resolves my personal concerns and issues with my situation.1. The unauthorized calls still remain listed on my account. What is the effect of keeping them there? I have downloaded the list of them for my records, but should I delete them now from the account? If I remove them, what happens in the future should there be any issues?2. I am still certain that the issue of my account's security has been handled. What steps have been taken by Skype to determine how my account was hacked and who those people are? What kind of information might they now have about me? What measures is Skype taking to protect my account now that they have acknowledged the calls were unauthorized?3. Is my account secure to use?4. Should I change the email address associated with the account to maintain further security? How will this affect my friends being able to find me on Skype--can they simply look up my handle?Once these questions have been answered fully I will feel this complaint has been resolved.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: There is no offer of problem resoloution. Thanking a customer for using the original product does not absolve the company from continued customer harassment. The issue remains the same. Microsoft is broadcasting unsolicited offers for a Windows 10 upgrade without providing a means of declining the offer permanently. This is customer harassment. I was hoping the Revdex.com was going to offer a little more help than lip service.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear [redacted],
My name is [redacted] and I work for Skype Customer Relations Office. My duties include responding to customer complaints.
I received your complaint from Revdex.com that you have experienced issues with Skype. I'm very sorry to read that...
and I will gladly assist you further.
When you first download Skype, by default only the people in your contact list can see your profile picture, or share their screen or video with you, but anyone who searches for you can call you or send you an IM. You can change these settings at any time.
Skype's privacy settings let you control who can contact you on Skype, and help you manage your conversation history. You can change your privacy settings to prevent nuisance calls or spam messages, as well as block and report any nuisance contacts.
You can easily block a contact to prevent them from calling you, sending you instant messages and seeing your status. To do so:
In Skype, on the Contacts tab, right-click on the contact you want to block and select Block This Person...
Click Block. The contact is removed from your contact list and won't be able to contact you again.
More about how to change Privacy settings can be found here: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA140
I'm also very sorry to read that you have experienced issues with Skype Customer Service. We have given feedback for improvement.
I hope this response has been helpful.
We apologise for any possible inconveninces caused by this.
I appreciate your pateince and understanding.
