Dear [redacted], Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com. The Global Escalation Services team has thoroughly investigated this issue and due to the following reason we consider this matter closed. As an algorithmically-driven service, Bing doesn't control the operation or design of the indexed websites, and has no control over what indexed websites publish. As long as the website continues to make the information available on the web and to crawlers, the information will be generally available through Bing or other search engines.Reference Link: http://help.bing.microsoft.com/#apex/18/en-us/10016/0Title: How Bing delivers search results Paragraph: 2Sincerely, Microsoft Corporation

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
There should be a record of the account I called in about tied to xbox live account [redacted] and [redacted] in your system. I have already provided the managers operator ID that was rude, condescending andhung up on me in my prior correspondence.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I realize that Microsoft (bing.com) want the matter closed based on their answer and not mine which was to delete my name from your bing.com images and photos of, and you have argued against me long enough even though there are other names who do not get this recognition,  I do not have the money to pursue the matter further

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/08/25) */
Dear [redacted],
My name is [redacted] and I am contacting you from the Customer Relations Office at Skype; your complaint to the Revdex.com was forwarded to my attention.
I am very sorry to hear that you have not been able to get back...

access to your Skype account and I will gladly look into this for you.
I have been in contact with our Fraud Investigators who have monitored what has happened on your Skype account and It seems that a third party had gotten access to your Skype . Your account Skype was blocked automatically after our automated script picked up an unusual usage pattern, as blocking your account is the only way to make sure that the fraudsters will not be able to start making calls from your account.
Your Skype account is also currently in a restricted status, which means you can still make Skype-to-Skype voice and video calls, but no paid calls. We will remove the restriction form your Skype account as soon as you have changed the password on your Skype account, to make sure you will be the only one having access to it. Therefore, to un-restrict your Skype account, please change your password by following the steps on the following link:
http://www.skype.com/go/forgotpassword
We have also changed the registered email address on your Skype account to the one you had on your Skype account prior to the account takeover, so please use this email address ([redacted]@yahoo.com) when going through the password reset.
Please let me know by replying to this email once you have been able to change your password and we will take off the restriction from your account.
Now, our Fraud Investigators have monitored the data and accesses to your account very carefully and we can see from our records that your account was accessed with the correct credentials as we see no previous failed attempts to login to your account which would indicate the person could have just tried to guess the password, nor is there any trace of brute force attack to get access to your account. That can be a clear indication that a Trojan/malware/malicious app or a hidden information collector has been installed on one of the devices you're using Skype on, which sends information to a third party who can use this information abusively. We strongly recommend you to run all possible security checks on your devices you use Skype on, uninstall any suspicious third party apps and close any remote access slots. Please visit our security page for more information on how to protect your Skype account and stay safe online: http://www.skype.com/intl/en/security/.
We can also confirm that any charges made by the third party were reversed and is back on your bank account.
I hope that my email helps to shed some insight into what has happened and I will be waiting for your reply with the confirmation that you have been able to change your account password ** we can unblock your Skype account. Please let me know by either replying to the Revdex.com complaint you initiated or email me directly under [redacted]@skype.net (FAO [redacted] into the subject line).
Thank you again for all your patience in dealing with this!
Kind Regards,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/08/26) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Your assumptions that a Trojan/malware/malicious app was installed on my PC are wrong, because I only use Skype to go phone numbers, don't login on my PC to Skype and have automated credit card payment set up to refill the account. I also have multiple malware and antivirus software installed on my machine. Bottom line, the likelihood of someone getting passwords from me is extremely low without me logging into my Skype account, which I don't do. The issue I am having is wiht competency of your Fraud Investigators who keep sending me automated emails to re authenticate which I've done more than 4 times already, yet keep hearing my info is wrong, but not telling what info, nor offering me a way to call you to verify the info by phone or some other more interactive way (obviously I can't use Chat as I can't login). Fraud Investigators that responded had different names and all this was by email, so they seem to have no idea what is going on nor what's not being authenticated. The experience is extremely frustrating and not customer friendly. Because of this I will likely be switching to Google Voice which offers same service at the same cost and sharing my experience with others. If you want to respond to me directly, please email to my email on Skype account, [redacted]. Thanks.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/09/04) */

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They are Requesting more information and I am updating said information requested by themThe Revdex.com informed me not to add any identifying information to my complaint but my Gamer Tag is ([redacted]) I put one of the support numbers In the account number section of this post My phone number which idk if you can see Is attached to my gamer tag. Here is a xbox Chat Reference number they gave me [redacted],  The  most recent attempt to transfer my gamer tag over manually through xbox support phone Gave me a case Number of [redacted], that is still in progress but since I have Experienced everything else failing I have decided to contact you through here, as for the microsoft account support I only have access to one number which is a Support request ID: [redacted] I have many more numbers however most conversations through phone I didnt ask for them as they said there was nothing they could do.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The issue at hand is not the about the credit that still resides in my account. I understand how it can be used and where it can be used at this time. The issue is that Microsoft sent me an email saying I had to use my account credit or it would be lost. In this email it said the following:"You can use your promotional balance before it expires to buy apps, games, music, and more at any of the following stores: Windows StoreWindows Phone StoreXbox GamesXbox MusicXbox Video"And those items were all hyperlinked to take me to their respective stores on the Microsoft website simply by clicking on them. However, when I clicked on the "Xbox Games" link it took me to the 360 marketplace and ONLY displayed 360 games for purchase. I found out after purchase that my credit could not be used on any of those games (after speaking to customer service after the fact) despite the fact that the email itself directed me to those games. The problem is that Microsoft's email lead me directly to a store where none of the items were valid to purchase with credits despite the email saying so. Also, nowhere in the email did it explain or warn that 360 games were exempt on the Microsoft website. My problem is why would Microsoft send me an email about using my credits and then direct me to a store where they cannot be used at all (despite telling me they could be in their own email). This is the equivalent of an employee standing outside a store and saying "Don't worry your store credit is good on anything inside" and you go in a buy items. After your purchase you look at your receipt and ask why your store credit wasn't applied and you're told "Your credit wasn't valid for anything in here and never was". The fact of the matter is that Microsoft is sending out emails telling people to buy items with store credit and directing them to a place where store credit isn't even valid without any explanation or warning regarding the issue on their website as well.   Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear [redacted], Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding an issue with your Surface. We have reviewed your situation and while we understand your frustrations, we are unable to take the action you have requested. Devices have a 12 months...

warranty during which Microsoft is able to offer an in-warranty repair or replacement, free of charge. Because your device has passed the warranty period, your best option is to go through with a paid, out of warranty exchange. If you need assistance with this procedure, please let us know and an agent will be happy to work with you. We apologize that we are unable to provide your desired resolution. We appreciate your time and have recorded your feedback. Sincerely, Microsoft Corporation

Revdex.com: It is a MIRACLE!! After the complaint my computer started receiving windows updates, the email updated from July and my computer now turns off automatically, and so far for about a week no blue screens, let's see how long it lasts. I believe you access my computer romotely to fix the issues having bought the computer in previously.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory AT THIS time.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
