I am rejecting this response because: The customer service rep called me today stating that I never purchased the game and that's why I cannot play it, she stated that she doesn't know how I could possibly being playing that game, she clearly doesn't even know how their own xbox live membership works, which allows you to buy games and own then for free after paying a yearly membership. I expect a call from a supervisor asap to resolve this matter. I am attaching a screenshot of trophies earned last year in October that showed that I owned the game since last year. I should not lose my game just because I tried your free pass a month ago.

I was able to get a refund through my credit card, however, I had to spend a considerable amount of time to get this resolved.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: microsoft owes me a full refund for continuously changing their policy for game play/online services, after my purchases that effect me by charging me more money!!! I am pretty sure when you buy ca lotto ticket, this wouldnt be ok to change rules later.. Same with any other game you PAY$$  for. Also microsoft is forcing me to PaY $$$$ to play with others For online multiplayer when we have our own internet and private servers. Microsoft doesnt not give the option to not use "THEIR ONLINE SERVICE". Micrsoft doesnt give the option for yor own private online service  so we(gamers) are forced to pay $$$$$ to support xbox live and their servers we dont need! I am rejecting this response because:For this complaint, I have repeatedly contacted Microsoftstore customer service.customer service let me wait for their reply every time.They have never provided a service request number  and never contacted me for answers untill now.
