Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the business did not respond for several months (initially contact made on 10/1/2015, business responded on 6/6/2016). To make matters worse, the business failed to offer any type of resolution. Of course this item is still outstanding. They do not stand by their products. The warranty is not valid. They send used and faulty products to replace other faulty products. They should be sending new products to replace faulty products. I've already contacted their support group on two separate occasions before contacting the Revdex.com on 10/1/2015. I will not be contacting the support group again.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear [redacted],Please refer to our previous response:Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding your Xbox One S issue. Upon reviewing your complaint our service center is correct in stating that tampering with the unit voids the warranty. Due to this reason we consider this case closed and will no longer be responding. Please refer to the snipped quote below from the Xbox One Product Warranty, Section 5, part c:“Microsoft is not responsible and this warranty does not apply if Your Xbox One or Accessory is… opened, modified, or tampered with (including, for example, any attempt to defeat any Xbox One or Accessory technical limitation, security, or anti-piracy mechanism, etc.), or its serial number is altered or removed”(http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/warranty-and-service/console...⇄ Sincerely,Microsoft Corporation

Dear [redacted],
My name is [redacted] and I work for Skype Customer Relations Office. My duties include responding to customer complaints.
I received your complaint from Revdex.com that you have experienced issues with Skype. I'm very sorry to read that...
and I will gladly assist you further.
Upon checking our records I can see that you had two different recurring subscriptions: Unlimited united States and Skype Number. Both are recurring by default and need to be cancelled separately.
I have issued a refund for the Skype Number recurring order and the funds will be returned to your credit card account. The number and payment agreement are therefore cancelled.
Please note that all Skype subscriptions are recurring by default.
May I please also refer you to our Terms of Use, Paragraph 9 that each user has read and accepted prior of receiving access to any of Skype services:
http://www.skype.com/intl/en/legal/terms/tou/#payment
9.4 Recurring Payments. Where you purchase Products on a subscription basis (monthly, every 3 months or annually (as applicable)), you acknowledge and agree that this is a recurring payment and payments shall be made to Skype by the method you have chosen at the recurring intervals chosen by you, until the subscription for that Product is terminated by you or by Skype.
You can cancel your Skype Number subscription at any time.
I hope this response has been helpful.
We apologise for any possible inconveniences caused by this.
I appreciate your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,
[redacted]

Dear [redacted],Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding your Skype issue. Unfortunately, after reviewing your latest comment we will not be able to refund your remaining Skype credits as refund requests must be made 14 days after purchase. Once your credits become inactive they remain on your account and can be reactivated when you decide to do so after logging back into your account; this is outlined at the following link: (https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10378/how-do-i-reactivate-skype-credit) We were unable to find your service request number with your provided email, if you could update your complaint with your service request number it would be much appreciated. Please provide any information requested of you by our Skype customer service agent. If you are to get back into your account, our agent’s outlined steps will be the only channel to do so. Microsoft now considers this case closed and will no longer be responding. Please refer to the snipped quotes below from Skype.com and the Microsoft Services Agreement Section 9, part (g):“You can get a refund if: You haven’t used any Skype Credit purchased and you make a refund request within 14 days of that purchase” “…all purchases are final and non-refundable... We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.” (https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12147/when-can-i-get-a-refund) (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement) Sincerely,Microsoft Corporation

I am rejecting this response because:I have now tried for weeks to contact the Microsoft Store and when trying to reach them using the virtual agent I am now asked for a Microsoft Surface device serial number to even allow access.I will not connect any other way.Your support portal shows it trying to connect chat and that fails UNTIL...You place a Surface product in the sales basket and go back to the exact same page and amazingly it connects but they say they cannot help, chat # does not exist or they drop the chat and never attempt to at least send a transcript. I would like a email address to contact as I am out of options.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Please be aware that as of Monday June 13, 2016, THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN DEALT WITH BY MICROSOFT. The young man Rahul called me and he fixed the probem, so far I am very pleased with the outcome. Only time will tell if it happens again but he took it out completely from what I understand.
Problem resolved thank you Microsoft, its almost a year since I spoke to their tech in the US who did nothing but delete the X.
Revdex.com, I really do appreciate you hanging in there this long with me, YOU ARE A GREAT BOON TO PEOPLE WHO CANNOT RESOLVE ISSUES WITH THE COMPANY. Thank you again, [redacted]
