Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: No the issue wasn't resolved after 24 hours, and the main issue was the rude customer service agent who refused to help or connect me with any supervisors, but now after I see your responses I'm not surprised at all for the level of customer service I been getting, Instead of a senior management to make a simple phone call to handle the issue I been getting a message here every week ignoring the whole thing and pretend like everything never happened.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
This is the same no action taken response which I have received for 90 days. I will ask Microsoft sales to refund 90 days back as services have not been rendered in accordance with our on time payments for said service. This is negativley affecting our business as the address in question is our accounts payable address. Totally unacceptable response with no ETA given.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the business did not respond for several months (initially contact made on 10/1/2015, business responded on 6/6/2016). To make matters worse, the business failed to offer any type of resolution. Of course this item is still outstanding. They do not stand by their products. The warranty is not valid. They send used and faulty products to replace other faulty products. They should be sending new products to replace faulty products. I've already contacted their support group on two separate occasions before contacting the Revdex.com on 10/1/2015. I will not be contacting the support group again.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Mr [redacted],
My name is [redacted] and I work for Skype Customer Relations Office. My duties include responding to customer complaints.
I received your complaint from Revdex.com that you have experienced issues with Skype. I'm very sorry to read that...
and I will gladly assist you further.
Upon checking our records I can confirm that the fraudulent charges have been reversed.
I have also removed the restriction from your Skype account and you can again use all paid serviced.
The reason we blocked your Skype account, is to make sure that the fraudsters cannot continue to make misuse the account, which could result in additional cost on your Skype account. Our usual policy is that we will remove the restriction from a Skype account as soon as we have done a few security/identity checks, to make sure we open the account for the rightful owner and not for the fraudsters. The necessary checks after an incident like that include the verification of some of your payment details as well as the necessity to change your Skype account password.
I hope the response has ben helpful.
Again, we apologise for any possible inconveninces caused by this.
I appreciate your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,
[redacted]

Dear [redacted],Please refer to our previous response:Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding your Xbox One S issue. Upon reviewing your complaint our service center is correct in stating that tampering with the unit voids the warranty. Due to this reason we consider this case closed and will no longer be responding. Please refer to the snipped quote below from the Xbox One Product Warranty, Section 5, part c:“Microsoft is not responsible and this warranty does not apply if Your Xbox One or Accessory is… opened, modified, or tampered with (including, for example, any attempt to defeat any Xbox One or Accessory technical limitation, security, or anti-piracy mechanism, etc.), or its serial number is altered or removed”(http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/warranty-and-service/console...⇄ Sincerely,Microsoft Corporation
