I received your complaint from Revdex.com that you have experienced issues with Skype. I'm very sorry to read that...
and I will gladly assist you further.
Upon checking our records we can see that your Skype account was accessed by a third party who used your Skype credit for calls.
The unauthorized charges have been charged back and the calls refunded on October 23, 2014.
This indicates to a malware in the system of PC/ devices you have used Skype on or easy to guess Skype account password.
Choosing a secure password to access your Skype account is crucial. Hackers use lists of common passwords to access accounts (not only on Skype but across all websites). It is therefore critical that you use a strong, unique password.
I strongly recommend you to change your Skype password [redacted] to make sure that you have a secure account.
Viruses can damage your computer and collect your private data, regardless of whether you are using Skype or not. Avoid this by following these tips:
Most viruses these days come in the form of email attachments so don't open attachments from people you don't know, or suspicious-looking attachments even from people you know. When in doubt, always contact the sender to confirm the email is legitimate, even if it looks harmless (such as an e-card or funny picture) at first sight.

Skype eventually reimbursed my account and the moneys withdrawn from my bank, which fully satisfied the problem. Though this took a while to sort out and I wish there were some more accessible means of resolving issues with Skype, I am satisfied with the outcome.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I feel the issue is not yet resolved, but am pleased to be contacted again.
I believe the last contact we had with Microsoft on this matter was in the first week of January. Kia was our 'escalation analyst' in the US and the title of her emails included the character string "[redacted]". Our purchase order number was [redacted], and our assigned call reference numbers from the Microsoft telephone support group were: [redacted] which we received over the course of a dozen telephone calls in December and January.
I hope the information you find supports our complaint that the laptop we were delivered had a fraction of the screen resolution that was advertised, purchased, and described in the internal Microsoft purchase order details.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Microsoft has done NOTHING at all to assist me. Without my permission, Microsoft installed Windows 10 onto my laptop. In doing so, most of my files were corrupted and could not be retrieved. I immediately contacted Microsoft support both online and by telephone but was told that there was nothing they could or would do to assist me. I took my laptop to the "Geek Squad" who agreed that the files were gone. I hired a computer technician who ultimately was able to retrieve parts of some files. I purchased Windows 8 because I wanted Windows 8 - Microsoft essentially stole my program and replaced it with a program I did not want. In addition to the cost of hiring technicians to assist me, I have also lost a lot of business since my files were taken...AND I'm still working to reconstruct the files that Microsoft destroyed.
I have returned to Windows 8 at this time. Will probably buy a Mac when this laptop needs to be replaced. NOT happy with Microsoft.Sincerely,[redacted]

However, Skye business still remain ilegal and fraud in Croatia. Skype should stop delivering services to CROATIA if they are not able to provide VAT invoice for their services.
