Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I had to throw my laptop away because of this. Of course I don't accept this response. I tried contacting customer service regarding this and nothing was done. I upgraded too your free download and ut made my laptop screen stop working. I tell everyone to nor do the10 upgrade unless you want your computer to be a brick.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: When there's thousands of dollars worth of hardware and software in play here, the least that can be done is a simple list of what was deemed to be a violation. I spent thousands of dollars, my hard earned money, for Microsoft/Xbox to take it all away with the flip of a switch with no explanation other than "there was a potential violation that we can't tell you about"
Think of it like this, if you purchased a car and spent thousands of dollars on it, then one day you woke up to find it was taken by the dealership, and the only explanation you got from the company was "We think you may have violated something somewhere, but we're not going to tell you what we think it was, and we're not going to listen to your side of the story," you'd be quite frustrated and angry too.
You truly believe you're under no obligation to tell me about it? I believe the only reason you're refusing is because you have no proof or evidence of any violation having occurred, and you don't want to admit that the XBLPET system is flawed. That's my theory. I could be totally wrong, but that's the feeling I'm getting.

Dear [redacted], Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding an issue with your Surface Pro 4. With the information provided in your claim we were able to locate a service request for this matter for further review. The Global Escalation Services team...

Please feel free to visit the link below if you need assistance replacing your Surface device, however please understand that our support team may not be able to provide an in warranty exchange due to the damage from a third party power supply. We apologize that we are unable to fulfill your request. At this time, Microsoft considers this case closed. We appreciate your time and have recorded your feedback. Sincerely, Microsoft Corporation

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Microsoft is using customer service speak in order to deflect the issue, which again, is that they are making it difficult for the one paying the account to cancel. There is no service request number because I was unable to initiate one due to the fact that my son opened the account with a European cell phone which is now inaccessible from his college in the US. Again, why can't a technology company figure out a way to cancel based on the credit card they charge each month? Because they make too much revenue off of these kiddie subscriptions that are difficult for the parents to cancel.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: you asked for an updated claim and this is the closest option. Thank you for your response. Yes, I continue to have issues resulting from a fatal crash caused by Windows 10. I had to revert to OEM install of Windows 7, overwriting files and programs. I do not have a copy of my license for office 2013, and have to use open office. Windows 7 was corrupted during the first update, and tech support was unable to assist in correcting problems. The system was extremely unstable. I went to a clean install of 8.1 and could not use my backups. I asked tech support to at least get rid of perpetual notices that I should download Windows 10 when my laptop is not approved. If you could at least tell me what my license is for my office pro 2013, that would help. I purchased it through a program for government employees along with Windows Pro. also lost Photoshop, illustrator, and Quark. UghSincerely,[redacted]

Dear [redacted],
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding concerns with Windows 7.  The Global Escalation Services team will investigate this matter and contact you directly to work toward a resolution.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Microsoft Global Escalations would not initiate a return on the defective tablet.  Luckily, I went on to Microsoft's website and printed a return label and my card is now credited.  It's sad when Global Escalations won't abide by its company's own return policy.Sincerely,[redacted]
