Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: If "contacting me directly" means via email or phone; you will not reach me In am frequently in no cell services locations and work hr days My email is setup to only allow white listed addresses through I have wasted enough time talking with reps Maybe "Microsoft" doesn't know this, most people have a busy schedule and do not have hours to waste away on the phone talking with some low-level employee who's job is to quote prewritten scripts to people This is why I decided to go the way of Revdex.com I have already bought a new phone, another $700, because I couldn't use the one I purchased

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The agent in question is demanding a receipt...which I don't have and the credit card I use is closedI am sure you are frustrated but no where near as frustrated as me! I denied any further emails with the individual assigned to me as he wanted to do more tech support and I'm sick of it! A brand new computer should not have these issues from the start!! If the guys at the mall booth (where I bought it from) would still be there, this would be done already.I just want the *** thing replaced*** ***
