I am rejecting this response because:
Your agent, Michael, was not listening to meHe got hung up on the power supply not being returned yet, and refused to listen to what troubleshooting I have done, and discuss further options.And now, because of the entries in the service record made by him, that's the only response I get from anyone.all I want is a working Xbox, which will require someone to listen to me.This whole situation has been handled poorly by MS from the start.what is it going to take to get someone senior's attention? Disputing the credit card charge?

*** ***Hi The Cois Not sending me them and has sent me on more of a run a round and I have many emails and all of them are stating the Cois sorry and can not find a way to send them and all the blame game is this and that on the departments but not a won is willing to send to me this past Sat, Sunand Mon the Cotried but states it thinks it has to make more NO's but this is not so as the program is ruining and states you get them on the Th day I never did and I have a PICof this and all my emails and the Cojust will not send them so more lies if I was to get them I end this but I think this be best if you take them to Court as this was just a scam and spam mail*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I have put a great deal of time into this problem, with phone calls and trips to Best Buy, where I made the purchaseI am tired of the lack luster response from MicrosoftI already talked to Customer Relations twice and endured rudenessMicrosoft's response is a knee jerk effort to discourage my pursuit of fair customer product complaintIn the meantime, I replaced the keyboard with one which worksI am going to discard the Microsoft Wireless Keyboard and although I am preparing to purchase another computer with accessories, I will remember that Microsoft does not stand behind their products.

I do not have any service request given to me by MicrosoftAs stated in the complaint I already contacted Microsoft support on and spoke with customer serviceAfter that I scheduled an appointment with Santa Clara Microsoft store on where I was told that they cannot repair itI called Palo Alto Microsoft store on where I was told that they can fix it and I should schedule an appointment with store.
No written email or confirmation was given by MicrosoftBut you could review the call recordings of my call with the representative anytime and get more information
