The issue is that while they can find my account via my credit card that was used to set up auto-billing years ago, the email address attached to that account is no longer active so they cannot verify me in order to process a refund of the last bill
In talking with my bank, the only thing I can do is dispute the charge but that is no guarantee you will accept that dispute
So do you see my issue here? Right now, I'm very dissatisfied and because I feel like I'm getting the "song and dance" routine, I will NOT recommend Xbox and Xbox Live to anyone! I will stay with *** as at least they know how to treat their customers

this is exactly why I will never ever recommend Microsoft xBox Live or Xbox period to anyoneSorry, but Microsoft's customer service is severely lacking and the excuses they give to get out of refunding anyone their money is beyond horridThey pulled this same stunt with two of my friends as well so guess what? they are going to get bad press from us as we will tell people in stores if they are looking at buying Xbox, don't unless you don't care you won't have any customer service!
If the company I work for treated our customers like this, we wouldn't exist

We worked with the customer to educate her about the language options for ItalyWe currently don’t offer an English language version of the Xbox One operating system when an account is set to ItalyCustomer worked with our advocate for around days

I already attempted to contact Microsoft but was sent in circlesOnce I did find a way to contact them I sent a detailed message in which I still have not received a reply or any form of contactIn addition to the problems I had now my computer is randomly locking upI am being forced to restart my computer in the middle of my online sessionsIt is also much slower to start and I get random blank screensI think my hard drive and primary software is corrupted. I refused to update to windows just for these foreseen reasonsI now feel you owe me a new laptop
