Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: no action was taken by the Revdex.com on my behalf I was able to get a refund from Microsoft after spending hours on the phone and with the aid of a representative from my Discover card I feel that Microsoft was fraudulent in charging an automatic renewal to a closed account number and my credit card company should not have allowed a renewal charge to carry over from a closed account number to a new account number without my permission I think the Revdex.com has a responsibility to protect consumers from this aggressive attempt by corporations to pad their profit margins by any means Surely, if a consumer wanted to renew a subscription they would do so.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because I'm adding the requested information
I contacted Xbox support via online chat on June 10, I was not provided a support case number but my gamer tag is "***"
is it possible to update the complaint with this information per request?

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
There is no transparency in Microsoft's process to suspend someone's accountThey can literally suspend any user and there is no department or manager that is required to offer an explanationThat might be sufficient in Cuba or North Korean, but that should not be acceptable in the United States of America
Does Microsoft have a preference as to who should use their products? What demographic makes the majority of reports to Microsoft and who is Microsoft punishing as a result of violating their vague conduct policy? If Microsoft is the only one privy to that information how does the consumer and the Revdex.com know that the company is not violating consumers?
I am not trying to be anyone’s supervisor at MicrosoftThe company makes great productsI have purchased many personal computers that use their technology, and I have owned various consoles since While I am upset that Microsoft and this Enforcement Team chose to punish me, for retaliating against someone who harassed me, that’s life and it can be unfairHowever, I believe that disconnecting parts of a service I pay for, WITHOUT REIMBURSING ME IS TANTAMOUNT TO FRAUD
How many users annually have Microsoft disconnected their service without reimbursing them portions of their Xbox Live fee? Thats needs to be investigated, because Microsoft could’ve chosen to stop me from communicating with this user who reported meInstead the company chose to bar me from communicating with persons I know.
Lastly, an Xbox is not only a gaming consoleI can talk to people all over the world who own one with it for no additional chargeJust adding that service to my *** phone bill is an additional $monthly. If I could get some assistance against this intentionally biased business practice I would greatly appreciate it
Sincerely,*** ***
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This isn't a response, it's automated just like the initial message that said Microsoft doesn't respond to the Revdex.com This is absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life There is no reason this couldn't have been resolved on the first of the phone calls I have made I demand the refund and request $gift card for the hours of my time wasted.Sincerely,*** ***
