Surely, Microsoft must be kidding! I first complained about this problem to Microsoft nearly SIX months ago, they waited nearly FOUR MONTHS after I filed the complaint to respond?! Their response?
An insipid "apology" for not responding to my complaint (heck, it only took FOUR MONTHS) but they have the audacity and unmitigated gall to tell me to contact their absolutely USELESS tech support to "get immediate assistance?" Clearly Microsoft must hire complete mns! Had someone, anyone, with an IQ from actually read my complaint, they would have recognized the fact that it was about their gross lack of "customer support."
As a result of this nonsense (it cannot be called anything else), I will NEVER buy a Microsoft hardware product againIndeed, as a direct result of my experience with this complaint, I have since spent a considerable about of money purchasing products made by Apple, as well as GoogleDealing with Apple Tech Support is FANTASTIC - unlike Microsoft, which clearly considers "Customer Service to be an oxymoronAs a long time Microsoft customer, I remain DISGUSTEDLet's see how many months transpire before their next response to thisBet they'll "apologize the delay"and then refer me to their "tech support." Unbelievable.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I do not want to exchange my brand new tablet with someone else's refurbished tablet, if I was willing to do so, I should have purchased a used Microsoft surface from Amazon in stead of through a Microsoft distributor, I could have saved a lot of money, but I didn't want someone else's used tablet then and I don't feel as if I should have to settle for that now! My tablet is still under warranty and I think Microsoft should stand behind their products! It has been brought to my attention as well that the surface has issues with charging and holding a charge, the information on the internet confirms this information, so my next issue is why hasn't Microsoft recalled these tablets? Why as a customer do I have to fight for what I paid for, or did I pay for a tablet that will only be useful and reliable for months?? I feel as if I deserve a New upgrades Surface tablet in exchange for the defective one I currently haveThank you for your time and consideration in this matter.Sincerely,*** ***
