GiftCard / Merchant Credit Numbers when 1st opened incident with KohlsHere is Kohls Incident # *** Recently on May 15th one of their representative spent almost 1hr on phone with me and looked all gift cards/merchant credit number transactions made between Feb first week of and March 1st of and found those fraudulent usage transactions also, He said they noted those details on incident, But whenever I call them they are again and again asking same beginning question and asking me again gift card numbers and whole story but nothing is moving forward from last 3months.Here I also got several other indecent numbers from same issue, those are Incident # 170301-008259, Incident # ***, Incident # ***All these are on same issue, I don't know how it works they are giving me different number each time.Let me know if anything else needed.Thank you***

Kohl's sold me old headphones that were not covered by a warranty as if they were fully covered, in fact the warranty ended months ago!

Thank you I'm not sure but I don't see the 200pts for the yes2you rewards in my account could you please have Kohls verify the date the transaction took place & the code & pin number? Either I'm not seeing it right or those points weren't added what I see is where 200pts were added & deleted 48hrs later which is what I informed you when this case was originally opened? I want to see the transaction for myself & for the Revdex.com I can't find itI see where 200pts were added then reduced

This is not acceptable as they advertise everything as refundable - no questions asked I purchased as a birthday gift and was not made aware of their deceptive policy at the time of purchase otherwise, I would've never purchased itIt is still in the original packaging and has not been usedThis has left a very negative experience for me and I will not continue to shop at this store if they insist on using advertisement to lore customers in believing one thing when there a other policies written in small disclaimers The right thing to do is to issue a refund If they decide not to do the right thing, I can take another course of action Not to mention, my ten year old grandson gets ripped off of a birthday presentWow, Kohl's, you must feel real good about that?!?

The merchandise my husband bought was a gift for me when he picked up the items from the box they were damaged and had no invoice receiptIt is unethical that they are refusing to issue my credit back when my husband paid for the items full price with a gift cardAt this point in time if they were a gift from someone else other than my husband it would be embarrassing to ask for receiptKohl's is promoting this wonderful hassle free return policy that is clearly fraudulent and misleadingSecond I never refused a merchandise credit of that they were going to issue us using another receipt from a different orderThey leave me no choice in the matter but to file a class action lawsuit against the corporation after being a loyal customer for over yearsThe corporate refund department treats their customers like criminals assuming we have not paid for the items in questionHow do I steal merchandise when it is an online item only? I am not satisfied with their response nor will I be until I get refundedLike I mentioned before I am going to seek legal advice immediately because apparently I am not the only one with this issue

I already waited almost a month I spike t a supervisor at ups they sent the driver to my house I signed a paper stating that I did not receive the package how much longer design it take I contacted ups and they stated the investigation was over this is so unprofessional and now there's a response saying to wait weeks again I have emailes that I kept telling me I was going to refunded and so many different things
