Once I sent a letter to the Nebraska Attorney General who opened mediation with KOHL'S they decided to act ethically and give me a refund. However, KOHL'S refuses to clean up their act for
other customers. I have brought it to the attention of KOHL'S that they continue to advertise a return policy verbally and in writing. KOHL'S does nothing to make any changes. I purchased an item at KOHL'S on 11/16/and on the back of the receipt is their advertised return policy (RETURN ANY ITEM ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON). This is really not their return policy but management refused to make any changes. I feel this is very wrong! KOHL'S gave me a refund to get the Nebraska Attorney General to go away. I feel sorry for everyone else out there that doesn't have the time to write the Revdex.com or the Attorney General

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Kohls did not read the complaint thoroughlyThe item was advertised to go on sale at a specific time, it did not do soIt was not sold out due to availability, it was never offered for sale at the listed time period - and in lieu there was a similar item that was listed instead at a higher price. I do have screen shots of the advertisement and it's advertised start time, the confusingly similar item and it's higher price, as well the evidence the item was not posted for sale as promised. I preder resolution here with Revdex.com - but will file a complaint with my evidence to the state attorney general if necessary

If your system take the order, it means it's validYou don't silently cancel itTHAT IS BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] That is NOT true because other companies have the courage to address the issue and actually resolve the issue Youdid not take the time to hear my side and I called and stated my fact and they said a GENERAL manager of the store would contact me but NOOOOOO one ever did So if that's how you want to do business, then fine This complaint will be closed as unresolved It's up to the Revdex.com if your answer was satisfactory to the point where it does NOT affect Kohls rating which I doubt as a company you care about There has been soooo many broken promises and I personally feel going back and forth is not going to be productive So if you have anything productive to resolve the matter, I would love to hear from you Otherwise thank you for your time and we'll let the Revdex.com be the judge in terms of effort made and the promises made that were unable to be kept Maybe train the management team in the call center to take ownership of the problem and we would NOT be where we are today Thank you for your time and God Bless!

the customers request, we have cancelled the issued Kohl's Merchandise Credit
(KMC) and have applied a $credit to the Kohl's Charge card ending in
1034, which will post in an average of seven days. As such, we
consider this issue resolved

Upon review of Kohls.com order #***, the customer failed to update her addressWe are unable to process a refund for the order, as the mis-ship was not due to a Kohl's error

We have processed a return for our customerWe have emailed our customer a $Kohl's Cash and have issued a credit in the amount of $to the Kohl's Charge usedShipping will not be reimbursed for the item since it was not a Kohl's error
