After multiple visits to my local Kohls I was able to get in touch with the store's supervising manager and was able to get the merchandise credits exchanged for cashWhile I'm satisfied with the end result, I'm disappointed it took this much effort to get the proper amount refunded in the original payment formI'm equally disappointed in the slow response from Kohl's to respond to my email and message through Revdex.comWith that said, my case can be closed

I requested a credit to my account and an apology for the inconvenience. The original order was placed on May 18. The company was notified on June 3. It took nearly four months to resolve the issue. Had I not complained publicly, the credit still would have not been posted to my account. There should have been better customer service

The first order I didnt know it had changed the address until I saw it had been delivered but I didnt see it thats when I realized it had changed the addressIve called serevel time and been told different thing the first gal even noted for whatever reason it defaulted back to old addressMy addres has been chnage and old address no where on fileIve made orders since then and no trouble then out of the blue it happened again I had only noticed because I placed the same order twice but after processing the second I noticed the total was different went back to other order and some how my old address was on it so the tax made it different amountThis time I call immediately and the rep had no clue how my old address was in thereHad it happened once I may not have thought more about it but now it has happened a second time as wellLuckily some how I did get refunsed the second orderHowever im still out over $for something that randomly happened and happened again

We will be mailing out our customer a $gift card to address provided
