I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Although I received the additional credit of $on 10/14/1*, there is still an outstanding credit of ($18.94) needed to adjust the purchase price of the replacement item to equal that of the original. Again, if any of my previous emails to Kohl's were read, this would be very clear. I've attached a spreadsheet to illustrate all of the transactions and further clarify the amount still needed to be credited.

Customer has reached out to us through a different channelWe advised customer of our check writing policy
I am rejecting Kohl's response due to their being no language about the sales price and/or discounts not qualifying for the $advertised pre-paid VisaFurthermore, the register printed out the rebate which demonstrates I am correct on this matter as it was programmed in their system to generate once the customer purchased the Samsonite luggage at the price above their offer regardless of final coupons and discountsThe ad influenced my decision to up my budget to buy the more expensive luggage with the offer of getting $back in a pre-paid Visa card or otherwise I would not have made such a large purchaseI am willing to accept a Kohl's coupon equal to $as a possible solution

they appear to have been worn extensively and are damagedWe also require
tags, or order invoices, for all returned merchandise, which were not included
in any of these shipmentsAs a courtesy, on March 30, we issued out a $
