[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]When I did not receive the initial product on order # ending 8833, Kohl's initiated another order for the product on 12/27/Order #in the amount of $105.58. This is the amount of the credit that I should be receiving on the product I did not receive. Crediting back my account for $does not make me whole. I was told I would be credited back the re-order amount of $105.58. Also, I have been told since January 7th that a credit was approved to be issued on my Kohl's charge card, but still have not received that credit. Therefore, I am not satisfied that it will still take another days for a credit to hit my Kohl's charge card. This should happen immediately in order to offset my payment due 2/6/17 on this charge card. I have already been waiting business days for my credit and now I have to wait another days on a complaint filed over a month ago? Not acceptable

I have received it and have shipped it to the person to whom it was to have been shipped to originally. If you are refunding this money to me to satisfy my complaint, I accept, but I am wondering if my Kohl's cash is still in tact. If you refunded it expecting me to return the merchandise to you, I reject it because I needed to do that on the day I ordered it and was unable to because of the long wait time I encountered. The merchandise has already been shipped to the giftee with a guarantee that it will make it before Christmas. Please let me know your motivation for the refund

Kohl's customer support promised to remove the charge from my credit card and apply it to my gift card beforeI even had a case confirmation numberBut the reality was that they charged to BOTH of my credit card and gift card for the same orderI have not received the $gift card from Kohl's on the mail so I could not trust them if they would even send oneIn addition, I never authorized them to charge my Kohl's credit card for the orderI only authorized them to charge the $to the gift card and remaining cent to the credit cardSince they already canceled my gift card, I wanted the $credit back to my Kohl's store credit card

I called to get an email sent to me detailing all of my transactions which occurred from November 20th through December 3rd and was told I could look up each order number individuallyThe problem is that each order has the original information, not including adjustments made when an item was
cancelled, returned, exchangedI would like one piece of documentation detailing my exact charges from November 20th through December 3rdI have spent much time on the phone, as well as going to actual stores to deal with problems with my orders and going over invoices repeatedly to figure out my ordersSeveral of my packages were delivered to the wrong address

Summary of the transaction:Placed an order of items which does not get deliveredonly 3/items are deliveredCustomer service keeps saying they will deliver soon for days before saying I was given wrong information. I was told I will be given the money back .I am returned partial moneyAsked to keep the items and some “kohls cash”I did not want those partial items or kohls cashwent to return it.Kohls again gave partial money and remaining amount in form of “kohls cash”I rejected it.Came to Revdex.com forumGave the details.Kohls replied with information about the chat information I mentioned.Luckily I had the transcript and I provide the transcript of the chat.Kohls just reply back saying matter is closed without even mentioning about the transcript details.Closing comments:So much for customer satisfaction and promiseAll the levels can just say “Information provided to you was wrong (and we wont do anything about it)”.No thanks for the experienceWill make sure to purchase from reliable places in future

receive. A fourth item, SKU *** - The Pink Cookie Cosmetic Set was
canceled. The
customer was not charged for this item because it was canceled before the order
was shipped. We respectfully decline the customers request for a $
credit to their account

the agreement stated in the
CANCELLATION EMAIL clearly states I would be getting a refund back the SAME form of payment it was paid inI waited 40+ days for it to come in the mail, they never contacted me once to tell me there was an issue with my refund until I had to contact them MYSELF for the second time asking where my refund wasI'm not placing an order with my own money and waiting a whole week just for a refund, when I was originally told it was automatically sent in the mail (which as you can see that was a lie because I never received it in the mail and the customer service rep told me it was an error and never sent out)Kohls breached their agreement stated in the email AND online for their refund process and this entire process is entirely a headachedays that was stated in the email AND online to receive the refund in the mail has now turned into days
