I rejected KOHLs offer because it is below the value I paid for the item It seems there is an au***ated response set up and they never read the complaint It is very similar to dealing with their cus***er service on the phone This has been very aggravating As stated I would like to have the item shipped to me I purchased the towels for and they were supposed to be shipped to me They were never placed in the shipment and I contacted cus***er service KOHLs solution is to give me something dollars of expired credit that I cannot use to purchase the towels again They suggest I use the credit to repurchase the towels and this would cost me even more money to get what I already paid for The fact that this is considered any type of resolution must be a joke and shows a serious lack of empathy by the KOHLs company and employee I am not asking for anything more than what I have already paid for Please send me my initial order item Thank you in advance for your cooperation *** ***

Is the customer able to provide more specific information so we can research her concern on our endAre they able to provide the order number in reference, as well as which item was returned and which one needed to be returnedOnce we have that information, we will look into the return amount for

Per tracking, it does the package was picked up at an access point by our customerAt this time, we consider this matter resolved

We apologize for the inconvenience, but Kohl's does stand by it's electronics policyIf our customer did purchase on November 24, and they were broken upon opening of the item, our customer did have more than enough time to return to the storeWe stand by our electronics

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, Kohl's response only occurred after numerous emails, a complaint submission to Revdex.com, and a complaint post on Kohl's Facebook page In the intervening time my case was not treated seriously and I was told numerous times by Kohl's representatives that a refund had already been made, when in fact it had not Because of this, I will no longer be shopping at Kohl's, either online or in the physical store It is my hope that Kohl's will take notice that they have lost a customer
