The response by Kohl's and the associated credit should have been part of my original contact with their Customer ServiceI sent in a lengthy message with verifiable details, and I still don't get the impression that Kohl's has read my complaintI find Kohl's lack of an effective response frightening if that is the manner in which they treat their customersAt this point, I don't expect any further response from Kohl's since they do not appear to be interested in looking into what happenedI want to be very clear that I do not consider Kohl's response to be acceptable

If kohls cannot re-activate the original gift card, then just issue me a new one with the same balance

Its amazing the entire retail industry is in complete shambles including kohl closing stores all over and is the worst shape in years( may was a great month for kohls lol) and you still haven't figured out if you honor what you say and treat customers as real people not generic number based algorithms maybe you wouldn't be closing so many stores and stocks for yours and many other retailers wouldn't be falling all the time!! Have fun your well on your way to being sears or maybe even a blockbuster!! They too didn't bother to actually try and make the customer feel like an actual asset to your business! To Easy I go where real people treat people like real people!! Thanks for being the greedy corporation that have been dying off like theres no tomorrow!! It will be amazing when in years your company is non existent or very near it!! We did partner and confirmed with the store that the ring was received by the store on
January 25, Our customer was advised it would take initially 6-weeks, which did include a few holidays in betweenA store manager did attempt to contact our customer and speak to him directly to assist further
