I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me simply because it seems as if I have no choice in the matterKohl's has decided for me that they consider the matter resolvedThey issued a product replacement even though that's not what I wanted due to the fact that so much time had passedKohl's also issued a refund for an amount LESS than what I paid for the initial item that arrived to my residence damaged during shippingSo, to recapI had initially requested a product replacement, I was denied thatI was offered a product re-order at a higher price than what I had initially paid, I refused that offerI requested a refund for the full purchase price of $and that refund was never processed by the business, not even after business daysI then reached out to the business (Kohl's) wondering where my refund was and that's when I learned said refund was never processedI was then offered a refund of $(Less than what I had originally paid)Kohl's has decided FOR ME that this matter is "resolved" by sending me a product that I no longer need (I shopped elsewhere as they were moving so slow), and by providing a refund that was less than the amount I had originally paidSo yes, after 4+ hours on the phone with customer service, multiple emails with the Revdex.com and the business, the company (Kohl's) has decided FOR ME the consumer that this matter is "RESOLVED"when in all reality I am LESS than satisfied with the outcome of this entire ordealBut seeing as I have no choice in the matter and Kohl's has the freedom to take my money, provide a defective product to me (the consumer), and provide no actual resolutionI suppose I am satisfiedOnly because I am being forced to be so.

As I said it before, my package was supposed to be delivery on 04/24/but went missingI came back home on 04/25/night from San Jose and saw no package in the front of my house because I got a notification from kohls said that my package was deliveredI called Kohls next dayKohls said it will investigate what happen to the package and it will take from to weeksThen UPS, kohls carrier called me and said the same thingThey sent some guy out to my house on 5/11/and on that day I had sleep train people come to my house to repair my bed and so I ask one of my family member to come over my house for it and he called me over the phone when the ups guy got there and the ups guy asked me over the phone that did I received the package contain the diamond ring worth $something(I didn't remember exactly the other numbers but remembered the $1600)I said NO to himThen he asked if my family member could sign the paper that I didn't receive my package for me? I said YESAnd that was itBut the UPS input in their system that the package was delivered on 05/11/ This is a crook way to do business!!!! I will file a law suit for this! I paid for my item and I never got it

I was contacted by someone from the office of the president who then scheduled a freight service for meWhile waiting for the freight service, I received a reply from the customer rep a few days later saying "We can't schedule a pickup, you will need to ship it yourself"This is after being told multiple times they could do it and going back and forth as they ask me the same questions over and over againLuckily I filed a complaint or I would be stuck with the mattress. They let me go too long without my merchandiseI've also had to pay interest on an item that I never actually received, since I did make the purchase with my Kohl's credit cardIn addition to purchasing the mattress from Kohl's, I've also purchased a bed from them - which is still sitting in the box as I've been waiting on my mattressWondering if that should just be returned and maybe my relationship with Kohl's should come to an endI was originally told that Kohl's will work to ensure my complete satisfaction and they have failed on that

Please note we verified with the store manager that the video
surveillance shows the customer leaving the store with two earned Kohl's Cash,
placing one in her shopping bag, and the other in her purseAs the customer
left the store with the proper amount of Kohl's Cash, we respectfully decline
