I am rejecting there solution because I only see that they had credited my account for only some odd centsNot the full amount, I am so dissatisfied with Kohls it is very unlikely I will be ordering from them againFor some orders it takes just a few days and weeks!!!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business practice and explanation for not selling me the item is that they did not have the item in stock. In their response they write, "there are situations when an out of stock item may not be evident until the order picking process. This can be attributed to high order volume, damages, etc." but this is not the case. The item that was "out of stock" was put on sale as part of a new more expensive bundle less than hours after my order was cancelled. Additionally, the item that they cancelled was put on sale less than hours after my cancellation as a stand alone item again, but at a higher price. I have included pictures of these two instances as well as a look into the stores that had my item available for in store pick up less than hours after they claimed to not have it in stock to complete my order. The company never intended to sell the item to me at the agreed upon price. They intended to draw business away from Amazon.com which offered the product at $on the day of my purchase. The item has remained in stock every day since the cancellation of my order but at the price of $249.99, but not at the price that they agreed to sell it to me. The only reason I did not purchase the item at the competitors site was because my order was processed through Kohl s. Additionally, the only reason I didn't spend my Kohl's cash on cyber Monday sales was because I had already used them on this item which was processed. The value of my Kohl's cash has diminished because of the lack of sales on their site while they waited to cancel my order. The reason for cancellation was dishonest because they have always had the item, just no intent to sell it for the price that they processed the order at.

If the order was not placed during a earning period for Kohl's C ash, we are unable to issue any type of creditIf it is a Kohl's Cash earning period, it will state it on the order confirmation page and it will display the amount earnedThe customer can return the item, and repurchase during a Kohl's Cash earning period if she still wishes to receive Kohl's Cash

Revdex.com: I am responding the the questions asked by Koh's I tried to redeem the coupon and Kohl's cash on Sunday, June I do not have either documents -- I left them with the cashier when she informed me that I could use one or the other, but not both This restriction was not notated on the Kohl's cash or the coupon -- it appeared to be arbitray.My purchase would have been over $100, which met the requirement to use the coupon.
