Kohls did not properly address my request at the time of the special items I was requesting Sales people were not forthright about the item not being available Also I was told I could cash in the $kohls cash even if it was a day late and when I brought it to the store there was a power outage I gave the data to a manager at the doorway and he was supposed to call me back and never did.this is about professional courtesy and customer loyalty I have heard negative comments from others about kohls having wickedcustomer courtesy profile and now I can believe it I have been a faithful shopper with kohls for many years and now I feel I get the run around Very disturbing

This is in regards to my complaint with Khols, complaint
number is ***I want to say that Khols called me and the Manager was very helpful, her name was *** ***She offered me a tie at no charge along with a $gift cardWhen I went days later to receive this, there was some confusion at firstSome of the staff seemed unaware of the situation even after I was told to go to Customer Service and they would be informedAfter some time, a few members of the Management staff and employees, one was *** (I do not know her last name, she was the manager on staff that night) came to handle the matterShe and the others were extremely helpfulThey apologized and said I was right in my concerns and they gave me the gift card along with the tie for freeThey were so nice that I will continue to shop thereMs*** who again was very helpful and understanding was not on duty when I arrived and the staff found her in the parking lot leavingShe actually ran back up to assist me. I have to say between Ms***, *** and the one coworker, I cannot remember her name, they were wonderful! Also the new tie was a hit at the wedding we had to attend! Thank you so much for your help with this matter!
