I have contacted Customer Service/Corporate returns several times and continue to be told they will not give me a refund without a receipt and the will not return my product to me, which constitutes theft on Kohl's partThe return policy clearly states:NO RECEIPT? NO PROBLEM!If you paid with a Kohl's Charge, any other major credit card or added your Yes2You Rewards account to the transaction, we can look up your purchase and give you a refundOtherwise, you'll get an even exchange or Merchandise Credit based on the lowest week sale price.The merchandise should not have been accepted if it required a receiptWe will have to go to samll claims court if this is not resolved, with my merchadise returned to me, a refund, a replacement or store credit

We are unable to accommodate the customer's request for a refund for the provided Kohls.com ordersIf the customer states they did not authorize the Kohls.com orders, we advise the customer to dispute the transactions with their bank directly

I'm unsure as to why this is necessary however, I will retype as requested The desired outcome I seek is to be refunded the full amount I paid to Kohl's on November 23rd,I paid via credit card and never received the merchandise nor have I received a refundI have spent quite a bit of
my time attempting to receive my refund I now have filed this complaint with the Revdex.com in hopes that this matter can be resolved quicklyPlease assist me in getting my money back

Upon review of our customer's concern, it appears the customer's shopping profile used did not match the name of the card holder, which is what prompted fraud to cancel the orderIt would raise suspicion since we need to verify both the card holder and purchaser and actually are making the purchaseWhat also raised concern is that Eva Butler called in times, yet refused to verify the information needed in order to replace the orderAt this time, we consider this matter closed
