For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not simply asking for a refund on a gift card, i'm stating that I spent and kept the item that was worth more than the $10, yet they will not let me use the gift card to pay for that item that I kept, but forced me to spend to continue to spend more money at their storesI would just buy the exact same item again with the gift card and then return it with the old receipt to get my money back, but they don't have the item available anymoreI just want to be able to apply my gift card to my purchase

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This Item was out of stock Prior to the online sale which is the Start of all the advertised Door buster sales whether it be online or in store , The online sale starts First before the stores, Proof of that is that they deleted this Item from all secondary Advertisements (later ads) made after there initial mailer and online ads were sent out but still prior to the saleWhat I would also like to know is how a Company with a percent negative rating gets an A+ from the Better Bossiness Bureau?

corporateMy last correspondence was with a very nice young woman who provided me a contact number for corporate and informed me, in advance, that it would only allow a message to be leftI did do that. I also provided Kohls.com with the case number through the USPS that is attempting to find the package to try and re-deliver it to the correct addressJust wanted to follow up to the portal to alert that I HAVE had contact - it has just been rude and unsuccessful, and incredibly disheartening.My apologies if this was not the appropriate place for reply - I could not find that option directly through my portal. credit was not applied to the Kohl's Charge since it was primarily paid with a gift card
