records indicate the Kohls.com order ending in was delivered, via UPS, on
November 28, Since the customer is stating they did not receive this, a
police report would need to be filed for the missing/stolen packageAs such,
please attach a copy of the filed police report so we
can proceed with our
investigation

We have processed a rebate in the amount of $for the two missing rebate formsOur customer can track this submission using tracking #This rebate will be mailed to our customer within business days

Kohls is making me process a refund so I cannot use the coupons on the table as well as the sale price I was able to at the time of purchaseNot only did I get a damaged product, I am unable to get the same product for the same price I would've had it not been damagedI feel like * ** *** *** *** due to them not honoring the initial price I paid.As for scheduling a pick up from UPS, I told Kohls this is my new residence; I do not feel comfortable leaving the dining set outside of my houseI explained what hours I would be home, and they failed to take that into considerationI refuse to leave an expensive item outside of my new house when I am not familiar with the area, and do not have a private drive wayKohls refused to understand this and even hung up the phone on me when I tried to explain thisI attached written proof to show that I explained this situation to Kohls, and initially was told that I could be home when this pick up happenedAlso a picture of the damaged table top is included

Thank you for your prompt service it is very much appreciatedThey say that the minutes was expired and that is true but the problem arose because I put in my order online at 5:a.mand immediately called customer service when I realized they were sending my package to my old address and billing me at my new oneCustomer service doesn't open until amand they were deaf to my problemIf they take orders before they open customer service then why don't they have a warning that I would not get the same service that someone else gets if they order @ am.or laterI have sent many e-mails to Kohls and Fed ex and called many times each placeYou are my last resort thank goodness for youPlease help me settle this as I have done everything I can to fix this and they are robotic and callus tooThank you so much
