For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.While the $in points is appreciated, let me be very clear that it in no way shape or form compensates me for the hours I've invested just to fight to use the cards that were paid in full and belonged to meThe cards clearly stated "please print this e-mail and hand to your cashier or scan from mobile device", yet it took several teams from Kohl's, my corporation (Insperity), the rewards company and the Revdex.com many man hours to resolve thisThis grueling process came only after being publicly humiliated twice and interrogated like a criminalThere was proof of purchase, three valid card numbers - I just don't see what happened hereWhile I'm sure Kohl's considers this resolved now that they claim the cards are working again, I've been duped by them twice before so I will not consider this resolved until:AI attempt to use these three gift cards again on Friday 5/4/and can report back that I am successful in doing so. BKohl's agrees to compensate me for the shipping costs to send my family the items they had to leave behind at the store as they have both now returned home

I placed this order almost a month ago. When I reported that my item had not been delivered, I received several emails basically insisting that I was wrong because it had been "left at the front door." My address is a post office box, so that response was asinine. It took several days of emails back and forth to get them to concede. Now my money is being held hostage? I'm paying interest on money that belongs to me. When I placed the order, they immediately TOOK the money from me. But I'm supposed to spend a month waiting for it to be returned because of their failure to deliver the product ordered? I don't think so. If I was delaying a payment to Kohl's, they would charge me interest. But they can delay RETURN OF MY OWN MONEY without the same? I'm still waiting for my money to be returned to meAnd I'm losing money on my interest charges by waitingKohl's stinks

While in most cases out of stocks are reflected prior to the check out process at Kohls.com, there are situations when an out of stock may not be evident until the order picking processThis can be attributed to high order volume, damages, etcWe appreciate the customer's feedback, and apologize

I bought merchandise and return it according to Kohl's return policy for $and I have a receipt for itI was told the amount is too high to give out at the store and will be mailed to you by corporate.
