For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Unfortunately my concerns have not been addressed by Kohl's as they have stated I contacted them prior to 8/to cancel the order completely once I learned it was not arriving on time as my family and I departed from Chicago to London that day to relocate and were no longer living at the address as of 8/ After learning this was delivered, I checked with my upstairs and downstairs neighbors in the building and they let me know it did not arrive to my address as stated.I checked my credit card transactions for the card on which I purchased the Pack N Play and did not receive a credit on 8/24/or 10/12/15. Further, I have not received any Kohl's cash for a future order I've followed up with the advisor that offered this to me several times and she has not replied to any of my follow up notes.I would like to be refunded completely for this order please by Kohl's and provided proof of the refund / Kohl's cash

This is obviously a pre-typed canned apology they give every customer unhappy with their serviceIt's very disappointing and if anything they should expedite my refund and offer some sort of incentive to shop at Kohls again like a discount or coupon for next purchaseThey are rude, insensitive and don't care about their customers experience at allThat's no way to run a business or treat people who provide a great deal of business and line their pockets.
