We believe the customer meant to state he received an email on December 30, 2015, which is when our associate resent the couponThis was an associate error since the redemption dates (redeemable in store and online November through December 6, 2015) for the coupon passedOur advertisements all state when a Kohl's Cash coupon can be earned and when the coupon can be redeemedIf the customer had contacted us within the redemption period (November through December 6, 2015) of the coupon to advise he did not receive the coupon we would have resent the coupon at that time and the coupon could have been redeemed within the redemption period. A Kohl's Cash coupon cannot be used outside of the redemption dates listed for the Kohl's Cash coupon

We stand behind our previous decision, and consider this matter closed

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Please have the business post the legal reference that is publically displayed on their website that supports their claim that they can cancel any order and how my order meets the terms and conditions of said reference. When I made my statement I included the legal statement from their website and it does NOT include any statement that they can cancel an order except under specific circumstances. Kohl's has yet to demonstrate that they have meet the requirements of THEIR terms and conditions. They have also have yet to notify the customer of why the order was cancelled so I still hold them to the legal binding contract of my purchase

I think it's horrible that a company cannot back up their product I am not lugging a huge piece of furniture back to the store for two defective legs I will try to find legs online to replace them but I think it's pathetic that Kohl's cannot back up their product
