We believe the customer meant to state he received an email on December 30, 2015, which is when our associate resent the couponThis was an associate error since the redemption dates (redeemable in store and online November through December 6, 2015) for the coupon passedOur advertisements all state when a Kohl's Cash coupon can be earned and when the coupon can be redeemedIf the customer had contacted us within the redemption period (November through December 6, 2015) of the coupon to advise he did not receive the coupon we would have resent the coupon at that time and the coupon could have been redeemed within the redemption period. A Kohl's Cash coupon cannot be used outside of the redemption dates listed for the Kohl's Cash coupon
