Kohl's online order management system allowed a civilian/citizen/consumer to select an item from their online store/inventory, put the item in their online cart, pay for the item and obtain a confirmation (order number) with a system generated estimated delivery date. It's ludicrous to think that Kohl's online order management system would allow a civilian/citizen/consumer customer service experience like this to take place.Based on the merchant's/Kohl's response, it appears that it was well aware and prepared to account for consumers who placed online orders for items that would be deemed as "sold out" which were actually bait-and-switch with a "limited quantities" disclaimer.Is it safe to assume that Kohl's is also negligent and failed to calibrate their online order management system to match Kohl's actual inventory? My ask and resolve to my civilian/citizen/consumer complaint and customer experience is simple Please honor my request for resolve. Regards,

Their fraud department is a jokeThe agent is horrible and refused to transfer to a managerThe Kohls as a company is also horribleIf a customer used Kohls gift card to purchase things, there is no grantee that the customer can get money back! That is the only way that the company can make money now, by taking money from their customers without giving or shipping out their products!!!
