[I attched two files to show Original Receipt from the return, AND The Screen Shot from my phone taken at 10.02PM of 7/14/to show that on 7/13/2016, I did not have any incoming call on my phone.The merchant may claim that they contacted the phone number associated with the information from the transaction on their system but I stated clearly that I am no longer using the old contact information and suggested that Kohl's may contact me by the phone number/email provided via Revdex.com platform; therefore I cannot accept this business's latest response.]

The amount I paid for this item was $on my credit card.This is the amount I was told would be returned, while I appreciate the $inconvenience reimbursement, this is really a wash as I was not refunded the amount that was charged on my credit card.The Kohl's cash that I used (which they refunded) would have only been applied to the vacuum, had I not ordered the Ottoman, so I should not be further penalized by receiving Kohl's cash...and having to place another order within a window of time The Kohl's cash would have would have applied to the vacuum The cost of the item was $ On that order I saved 30% bringing the cost of this item to $with Vermont's 7% state and local sales tax the actual cost of the item was $ The $credited to my card is still $short of what I was charged on my credit card I will gladly accept this resolution when the $is credited to my account Furthermore I was told on the phone I would not lose the Kohl's cash earned on this order.Thank you for your help with this matter

I have been shopping at Kohl's in *** ** since it opened. I know their policies and understand how the Kohl's cash policy works. I was also employed at Kohl's during a Christmas season a few years back and I still believe I am owed $24.86.
