Gift CardsWe processed returns for the items she did not receive on
01/23/and 02/04/The returns were processed back onto her original forms of
tender; with
$being processed onto her Visa as well as an issuance two Kohl’s
Merchandise Credits that were mailed to our customer for $and $If
our customer did not receive the merchandise credits please reply to the
complaint and we will reissue new credits We apologize for any confusion our customer
had with her refund

This was on Black Friday, I probably had receipts and trusted them to keep my personal account information confidential from other people trying to access itThe person whom they allowed to reverse my transaction, is not on my account, we do not share any of the same information however the transaction WAS in fact saved to my account, that has my name and personal information only.
Today is the 5thThe date that this kohls cash is set to expireIt's literally taken them over times of contact and still no resolutionThe cashier REVERSED MY TRANSACTION AND GAVE IT TO MY FRIENDI'm not sure how else to explain it but I'll include the conversation with her telling me the cashier reversed my transaction and re-did it for my friendBasically stripping my account of what I earned previouslyThis is aside from the fact that I can't trust them with my personal information again and I've had numerous people, including management try to tell me that my friend RETURNED every single itemEvery single item that is in my housethat obviously means they're completely making it up and I'm getting tired of going over itI have two different groups of 30k peopleI work with veterans every day to support them and majority of this stuff goes to support themI don't have time to keep going over itI know for a fact they can access the receipt because they had to in order to reverse it to begin withThe lies are out of control and it would be faster for me to post in my groups what happened and collect donations to cover itI have plenty more screen shots but I think the person explaining to me that the cashier stole everything I had in my account and reissued it to her is sufficientI've already missed every sale I wanted to use it on it anywayI've seen slower more inept customer service in my life.

I understand the policy, however, the policy boldly printed on the back of the receipt, which was attached to my previous message, mentions nothing about any exceptions or caveats to that statementThis is misleading and deceptiveHad there been an asterisk, or mention of anything concerning the electronics policy, I would have returned my item earlierThe front of a gift receipt rarely contains any useful information to the recipient, which is why the merchant prints the policy boldly on the reverse side and expects their patrons to review for instruction. Making the statement, "HASSLE-FREE RETURNS RETURN ANY ITEM, ANYTIME, FOR ANY REASONDO YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT? You'll get a refund or even exchangeIf you have a gift receipt, you'll get an even exchange or a Merchandise Credit." I had, and still have, every reason and right to believe that I can return my Fitbit for store credit, as it remains unopened, and I have retained my gift receipt. I expect a store credit for the full purchase amount, in exchange for my returned good, of courseI will not rest until this has been resolved to meet my expectations.Thank you for your timeI urge you to think as a consumer, and put yourself in my shoes.

While in most cases out of stocks are reflected prior to the check out process at Kohls.com, there are situations when an out of stock may not be evident until the order picking processThis can be attributed to high order volume, damages, etcWe regret to hear the customer's desired merchandise
is out of stockWe are unable to accommodate the customer's request to honor the Black Friday price. Additionally, the charges on the customer's charge card were authorizations that went to their charge card company when they hit "Place Order"; a customer's funds will be held for each attempted Kohls.com order, until we are able to systematically verify the order statusThe customer's credit card company holds these funds; however, these authorizations will drop automatically within several business daysWe apologize for any inconvenience

Due to the time of year Kohl’s as well as
shipping carriers may experience delaysIt is never our intention to inconvenience
