For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Kohl's contacted me before they answered to you, they were asking questions such as if my mother went directly to the return department or if she went to other departmentsThey said they had video in front of themIt seems they don't have anyone who speaks Spanish on their departmentIt seems they did not get the answers they wantedThere also was some trouble with me translating to my mother since my English is not the bestThe kohl's representative refuses to tell me why they want to see the purchase receipt

Khols only offered a well crafted Public Relations response with zero substance and zero solutions. I hope this compliant, and Khols lack of concern are posted for all future customers to read

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint As explained in my complaint, it took almost months to resolve this simple issue My April 7th response indicated that I would be contacting the Revdex.com to help solve this matter I received the quickest response the following day that the $would eventually get credited to my account This is one of the worst customer service issues I have ever experienced I do not feel that my time spent to push for money owed to me or my loyalty as a customer were genuinely considered The auto-replies and auto-apologies were not appreciated In my opinion, Kohl's should respect my original resolution request to ensure they do not lose my business

Our records indicate our customer was provided the below Rewards Certificates. These certificates were sent to the email address our customer listed in their Rewards profile, which is the same email listed for this complaintOur customer may view all their transactions which are listed on
their Rewards profile.
