I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Item 1 - Credit Issued back to Account:    The issue is not resolved with the account provider; Wells Fargo.  I contacted Wells Fargo on the 9th regarding the account and was informed that the account was in dispute.  The Wells Fargo representative informed me that there is an investigation process that will take approximately 60-90 days to complete, at which time I may be held accountable for the charges or the charges may be dismissed.
 
Item 2 - My Alleged Indication of the Matter Being Resolved:    I never indicated that the issue was resolved.  I only acknowledged the fact that Mor Furniture for Less informed me that they had resolved the issue from their end.  However, upon further investigation, on my own account, I have found qualified evidence that the issue is not completely resolved (refer to above Item 1 for details).
 
Item 3 - Invoice for Time Spent:    Since the issue is still pending, I have not completed my invoice of time/mileage spent dealing with this issue; however, in an effort to expedite the resolution of this issue, I have attached the current invoice.  This invoice only includes time and mileage specifically related to the actions of or consequences from the issue surrounding the incorrect billing initiated by Mor Furniture for Less.  This invoice does not include any charges related to actions I personally have initiated (e.g., contacting the Revdex.com, [redacted]rating the invoicing, etc.).
 
At this time I am unable to consider this issue resolved unless the following has been completed:
I have received a letter from Wells Fargo absolving me of all charges related to the account
My Wells Fargo account no longer reports the remaining debt related to the loan
The invoice has been paid in full
