In years past, I have had a continuing problem with a different state farm office constantly calling meDespite numerous calls to their 800# to ask them to stop, the calls continued
This time, before asking for a quote online, I called the number and asked that they NOT call me.t
The rep assured me that if I left my phone number off the quote request I would not get a call
Sure enough, a week later I got a call from 681-I asked them to stop calling
Then I called back and got forwarded to the number who told me this office is the one that calledShe said I was on their do not call list and did not know why I got a call
Im tired of this crapWhy can't I compare prices every months without being hounded '
If you had the best price, I would have bought the policyYou did not so I want no further contact

-When I originally talked to ***, we talked about how much it would be to insure my SUVI have later found out that State Farm has also been charging me for HOME insurance, which was NOT discussed or authorized!
- State Farm recently sent me a notice that my insurance was canceled due to "non payment"YET they have deducted money from my checking account EVERY MONTH!
- State Farm also increased the amount they took from my checking account without permission!

I have been in contact with State Farm: Stephanie Hernandez at Franconia Rd a, Alexandria, VA for policy *** *** and I have been told for a week now changed are occurring but nothing is getting done at allI need the following in writing verifiedI e-mailed several times and called
I need the following done:
1) Mercedes is transferred the accident free discount the Lexus has/had since I have not had any accidents my fault
2) Lexus is still deleted EFFECTIVE 6/(but covered prior to such date since it was paid for then.)
3) Bill is altered and updated ONLY for Mercedes (still says $and should be $158) coming out on the 26thI do NOT want my bank or bill to pay for BOTH vehiclesPlease pro-rate the billThank you!

State Farm does not look out for its customers at all, especially long standing onesI was a State Farm customer for years and I expected that to count for somethingI have only filed ONE claim when I hit an animal in my carAfter "investigation" they claim it was a rockthe claim was filed under collision without my knowledgeIt was not until searching for new insurance that I was told I was in an accidentI had no knowledge that state farm took it upon themselves to change the claim without even notifying meI would have just paid for the repairs out of pocket vspaying $for decent car insurance nowWORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!

A homeowners insurance policy with this state farm agent was supposed to be cancelled on 3/5/
After a phone call to the agent because I had not received a refund check, I was informed that the policy was actually cancelled 4/3/and the refund was $
The agent claims that a check was sent to the address on fileHowever, there is no mail delivery to that addressShe stated that the check was to be cancelled and a new check sent to the correct address of the policy recipient

I have started a new policy with State Farm on 9/05/This is an ongoing battleI own a Driving school and must have by Law in the State of Nevada a commercial license and those license must but given to the Nevada DMV for us to be able to operate our business in the State of NevadaI have a Honda Civic that was purchased a month ago and have been complaining to State Farm that the vehicle cannot been driven at any DMV for drive test because they have not updated their online coverage at the DMV and for that reason loosing incomesState Farm is stating that the car is insured but the State and DMV are not approving itAll commercial license in the State of Nevada must have proper coverage and those must be provided to the Nevada DMV and State Farm is not doing a thing about itMy agent have been trying to tell the underwriter to take care of this issue but absolutely no one is doing anything about it and I am loosing money and patience

I am being charged an accident surcharge against State Farm's written policy: "If the accident is the first to become chargeable in nine years and this policy has been in force for at least that long, the Accident-Free Discount will continue and no surcharge will apply."
I have been insured by State Farm since the age of 16, well more than the 9-year requirement I had no other accident in more than the previous years Yet, I am still being charged the accident surcharge

I wish I could give them no starsWe have had horrible hail storms here in Colorado Springs this summer Last summer we could have replaced our roof due to wind storms but decided not to file a claim since it wasn’t damaged too badlyThis year the hail was the worst I have ever seen so we filed a claim and got our roof replacedA week after filing our claim we got hit again and this time it destroyed our siding on our houseWe had to file another claim which sucked because that’s two deductibles we had to pay ($2,each time) but the damage was too bad to ignoreWe have never filed a claim before and even one of our cars got totaled but we decided to leave the dents and just replace the windows ourselvesWhen we replaced the roof we paid out of pocket to get a nicer roof so that it would last longer and lower our insuranceNone of that matters now because they just called us today to tell us they won’t be renewing our insurance in two monthsAll of our neighbors replaced their roofs twice in under a year and they haven’t been dropped from their insuranceThe hail wasn’t our fault and we were told it was a good idea to upgrade the roof and now State Farm drops usDo not get insurance from them!
