Awesome experience

I would give Agero no stars, if possible After multiply calls to them and five long hours, they finally sent out a tow truck My small daughter and I were in harms way as my car stopped on an extremely busy freeway off ramp We almost got hit multiple times After speaking to three different supervisors, I finally was transferred to a some what intelligent supervisor who saw it through two hours later to have the car towed to my homeAfter speaking to a rep today, she mentioned that my case would be closed after no apology, nor compensating my five hour waitThe MOST HORRIBLE roadside assistance company on earth! We will be switching insurance carriers due to this experience

Been with this insurance companies for a few years and they are awfulThe adjuster was terrible I received more help from the people around meNot to mention when I first brought the policy it with the intentions of having rental coverage just to find out it wasn't on my policy when I needed itThe supervisor and the adjuster was no helpI cancelled and went to another insuranceThey are awful when comes down to claimsI'll never recommend this insurance to anybody they put me through a lot

Great sevice and rates

This company is fraud , my truck got hit sometime in March and we have full coverage they gave me the run around end up with no truck for two months I have rental on my policy they said we need to investigate , we have police report still they said we need to investigate I said ok two months later ok will cover I take it to the shop they wanted to put used bed on my truck I said ok just fix it they kept insisting used bed guess what there is no used bed for my truck so they delay repair finally they approved new part at the end they refused to pay for my bed liner they said it is accessories and instead my deductible should be $for uninsured motor end up paying $plus my linear I call adjuster I didn't even get crap
Long story short this truck was my company truck and we use it for delivery and they screwed me , I was better off pay for it and fix it my self
Trash company don't buy it they have no problem taking your money out policy was commercial and high priority guess what priority

Every contact we have had wether in person or on the phone has been excellentQuestions are always answered and concerns addressedI would definitely recommend to family and friends

It has been time consuming and frustrating to communicate with customer serviceI've had difficulty getting clear communication around the premium and payments

The different times I have spoken to National General has always been very good and helpfulI think they do a good job

National general insurance es un fraude 1/2/encontre mi auto con golpes del lado del chofer y ise el reclamo y ellos se negaron a pagar a pesar que tengo covertura completa por que segun ellos el accidente no fue como yo les conte si no que era un mentiroso y querian yo cambiara mi testimonio inicial por que ellos tienen pruebas contundentes de que yo les estoy mintiendo y ahora mi auto esta danado y me cobra el body shop $ repararlo

We have had insurance for our travel trailer for many years with National General We sold the travel trailer, but we had an issue with finding the clear title which was due to the company selling and paperwork getting overlooked After several months, the clear title came to us National was asking for payment for insurance via MANY phone calls and emails, and I "thought" I had paid it Finally, I called Customer Service Roshan *** was GREAT! He listened, asked questions, answered my questions, and gave me some VERY good direction on how to handle everything I am very satisfied with the service we have received from National General

We rented our Motor home through a company called RV Share and they happen to use National General as there insurance providerWhat a mistake that was this is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt withThey damaged one of the compartment doors and drove the motor home down a narrow road and tree branches scratched the clear coatthe renter paid the deductible to pay the insurance claimNational General is now claiming the deductible will only cover the damage for the compartment doorNational General wants me to go back to the renter and tell them they need to pay another deductible for the scrapes on the Right side of the Motor Home and another deductible for the scratches on the left side of the Motor HomeThe total estimate to repair the compartment door and the scratches on both sides was a total of and National General wants my renter to pay deductible and they will pick up the remaining What a company the renter and myself thought we were dealing with a respectable insurance provider but we were notI have never written a negative review on any company before but I felt I need to let everyone know what type of insurance you will be purchasing when you deal with National GeneralI will spend the next few days posting this to any review site I can horrible company

Worst Insurance Company I have ever dealt withTried every way possible to cut corners and repair costs on our RVWhen you stand up to them they have the repair shop stop work on your RV in "an effort to break you"They refused to replace parts which were damaged in the accident, even after the repair shop said they needed to be replacedThey even have a slogan on their website that says "If you're not satisfied with our claims service, we will waive up to $of your deductible"When you try to get them to honor it, they tell you only management cant do that, and guess what, they never let you talk to a mangerSCAM ARTISTS, BUYER BEWARE

All of the National General personnel that I worked with were extremely professional, personable and helpfulI researched the rates of various companies that provide RV insurance and their rates were the best I found for the coverage

If one of their insured accidentally hits you, is carged and gets a ticket...that still isn't enough for them to except responsibility of the accident If this were the last insurance company on the face of the earth I would take up biking!
