I have been with this company for over three years never having one accident let alone even a speeding ticket with this policyI had a vehicle hit and run me and lets just say it was all down hill from their with this companyThe adjust Pierre F* did my interview only to never answer my phone call againThis happened on December 29th, it is now January 28th and my car is still no completeI have sent in over dollars in rental car invoice because they no longer book them for you, you have to do it yourself and be reimbursedLets just say still have not seen one dollar of that money backI since have dropped this company all together because they were also charging $a month for literally no helpThis is the biggest scam of a companyIf I recommend any company this would be the last one and I say stay far far away unless you dont want to receive help when you pay for a serviceyear loyal customer down the drainThis whole company including Pierre can KICK ROCKS!

I swear that I don’t know how this company can have this rating, my wife was hit and taken out of the way by another vehicle, I am today May two months exact waiting for the full payment of my vehicle, it took weeks to receive the estimate of repair or total lost by a company named *** INCwhich is not saying that is being investigated for fraud by giving estimates of vehicles like mine, since they valued it with similar vehicles not equal and in the end its price was even half of what they cost in *** !!! The lack of professionalism of the adjusters is the worst, even my number was blocked when calling to ask about the status of my claim, for almost years I never had problems, pay punctually and as a client I get paid in the worst way! not resolving my claim with professionalism and HONESTY, there are many complaints and little space, one of them is that they were charging me for damages in my vehicle caused by the accident $ per condition? I deducted money for not having supposedly left the key $ but the key stayed in the vehicle, still ask how they knew the miles, the odometer is digital, you need to enter the key and turn it to see the miles, my policy had two Vehicles, one is from this accident, they declined to remove it from my policy and I had to pay the next months for it, even though I no longer had my car! getting a MOCKERY from the adjuster, laughing and telling me not to expect them to discount the payment for the damaged vehicle, today I am trying to cancel my policy and I find that I have to pay about $ OR OVER to cancel it! Stay away from National General Insurance, as a client I feel cheated, robbed and humiliated

I've had insurance on a motorhome and vehicle that I tow behind the motorhome with National General Insurance for four years with no claims filed until this past spring when someone made contact with the rear bumper of my vehicle while I was in a Walmart storeThe vehicle was mosold with only 11,mile and is in perfect conditionThe damage was a hole in the rear bumper cover when the corner of the bumper was pushed through the coverIt took months and endless hassle for the cover to be replacedFirst NGI wanted to repair the cover, then use a remanufactured cover before agreeing to an OEM one only because there were no remanufactured ones availableEach step took unnecessary time because the two adjusters I was dealing with only communicated by mail to drag it outI've never dealt with worse customer service and I'm very thankful that there wasn't more damageI can only imagine what that would have been likeI'm also very disgusted with *** *** for promoting this companyI will take care of the problem with both companies at the end of this contract

There Overall Customer Services Was Absolutely Amazing Because They Took The Time To Help Me Find The Lowest Quote Although I Leave In A Very High Insurance State

Victim of a rear ending with one of these joker's customersI've never had such bad service before with regards to settling my claim- or service in generalFirst- To only offer a rental for days and get huffy when they find out I've had mine through my own insurance for almost weeks- well too badIT's taken YOU this long to get back with usSecond- YOUR inspector showed up late to view my car when we finally got it scheduled and didn't bother calling to let us knowWe lost a day at work waiting on you and when WE called YOUR inspector, they wanted to reschedule to MondayDon't say you'll be there around or and not call by the time 2:rolls around- then be there well after My insurance inspector was there on time, had an estimate by noon, and I could've had it settled same dayBUT THIS ISN'T MY FAULTSO WHY SHOULD I SUFFER?
Third- They gave me an offer, I rebutted with what my own insurance was going to cover, they said fine and that it sounded fair- however they sneakily thought they could get away with only settling for the amount *AFTER* being quoted with my deductible factored inI don't pay these guys for their customer's mistakesAnd to not pay sales tax and dmv fees? Not only am I not getting the true value of my car, you want me to be further out of pocket and pay that? That's why YOUR customer pays youI should be out dollars in this since I'm already the victim and taking a loss as is, not being able to get back into the same vehicle or anything comparable in its classFor the love of everything holy, learn how to run a business properly and maybe people will be more apt to come to your company for more than cheap pricesThey're barely getting what they pay for anyway

My vehicle was parked at my job, is where a year old girl driving with no licbacked into my car pulling out of the parking lot, somehow has insurance on her vehicle, I contact NGI to start a claim to fix my vehicle, I got a call from someone by the name of Lindsey ***, and adjuster by the name of James ***When I spoke to Mrs*** she advised me that Mr*** will call me to make an appointment to check out my vehicle, mind you he left a messageI tried to call him back to schedule that appointment and he didn't answermin after calling, my wife was home and he just showed up and was looking at my vehicleMy wife was explaining the situation with my car and what needs to be checked, Mr *** Didn't say a word, then told my wife I will receive a copy of the estimate that he founf by pm that night and got in the vehicle and leftI waited till midnight and didn't receive the emailThe following morning I called Mr*** in ref to concern that I have not received the email and never got a phone call back I tried for at least weeks and finally on the 6th of June I Received a letter in the mail of a check for the amount of a little over dollarsI went to *** collision in Fayetteville NC on the 7th of June and tried to drop my vehicle off with them, I was told that I could only get a rental for days, I called Mrs*** and explained that I do not have another vehicle to use and I have to go back and fourth to work and without a care in the world she was determined that is the only amount of time that I was gettingSo came back from my vacation and went to *** Collision and glass in Fayetteville NC and dropped my vehicle off there on Monday Morning the 20th of June and got a Vehicle for apparently daysI was called as of the 22nd from Mrs*** and stated to me that she is not approving for any extensionsI explained that I do not have another Vehicle and need a ride back and fourth, She again with no care in the world I have to make other arraignmentsNow today the 23rd of June I got a phone call message from MrJames *** the adjuster and stated in the voicemail that the under carriage of the vehicle is not there fault they are not covering the repairsI called Mr*** back to speak with him and yet again I get a voicemail " The accident was the fault of a driver who didn't have a drivers License and when she hit my vehicle she backed into the front of the vehicle while it was parked and no body in the vehicle and made it go up on the embankment and came back downI Explained this on the voicemail again with no return call back"This company does not care for other people, they allow anyone to get insurance even if you do not have a drivers licenseThe customer service is horrible because no one wants to be responsible for this and put it on methis company sucks

Yesterday, 6-6-18, I needed help with updating some financial information regarding our accountThe customer service representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficientShe resolved my problem within a few minutes while being courteous

This company quickly and professionally answered all of my questions and helped me solve insurance issues
