Unwillingness to Fulfill Warranty Breach of Contract
I purchased a sectional sofa for $on 9/9/and an additional sum for a 5-year Uniters warranty I filed a claim with Uniters on 12/22/for buttons falling off the seat cushions A technician came out and recommended replacement of seat cushions in 1/ I received an email from Uniters on 1/13/saying the cushions were ordered When I hadn't received the cushions after the weeks window as promised, I called Uniters on 4/20/and the agent said she would email the parts department and have someone from parts call me I did not receive a call I called again on 5/9/and received the same response and was dispatched to a "manager's line" where I left a message asking for a call back Still, I received no call from parts or any manager I called again on 5/16/and expressed my frustration as I received exactly the same response, that the agent would send an email to the parts department On 5/16/16,

The "PROTECTION" only serves to cover the company after receiving your paymentAll the small print protects them from actually taking on any plan of action to service your claimI purchased this plan in and specifically chose it since it was a fabric sofa and I have two small childrenIn I ran out of the cleaning product they provide and noticed stains would resurface and were extremely noticeableI put in a claim, which of course they do not make easyYou can do online, but you must register, have all your receipts and original plan (shouldn't they know their plans?) so I decided to call without registering etcThat phone call took a good minutes and you have to then reply to an email and send pictures asapThey will not just take your concern and come see what the issue isI took several pictures but had one stain that was largely of my concernI was emailed denying my claim(no surprise based on other customer reviews I've just seen) saying it was an accumulation of stains not just one, they don't cover more than one apparentlySo if a stain appears it is required you call and go through this process of making claims for every individual stainThis is a waste of everyone's timeI included the pictures of other problem areas since I figured if someone was to come out and clean them, why not make sure the entire sofa is clear of problems?!
