Uniters fails to communicate claim detail, and keeps disconnecting the call and closed case without completing
No emails were received that were as described by Uniters and then when we try to continue the phone call, they disconnect me They closed the cases without completing and with my full attention to the matter CXXXXXXX & CXXXXXXX

I had a negative experience with this company They couldn't get the stains out of my chairs and instead of settling, they kept sending out cleaner after cleaner, each of whom would take pictures and say "these chairs can't be cleaned" and "I'll turn in my report." I filed a complaint with them, they send out a guy who had been out before who said "You mean other guys have been out here? I told them these chairs can't be clean." I stated my concerns about how the company won't do anything but send out another guy and he said "Yes, they are just a bunch of paper pushers." I called for some defects in the finish on the table and the guy they sent out said "Yeah, you better get these chairs scotch guarded right away." So I did The final resolution from the company was that because "the items were Scotchgarded (unauthorized maintenance by the warranty holder), the claim is denied "Scotchgard is not an approved product." The warrant service was offered through Macy's Furniture and I will file a complaint with them as well I was nervous about the fabric on these chairs when I bought them and the Macy's salesperson said "oh, don't worry, you have the warranty They'll keep the chairs clean for you." Go over your warranty with a fine-tooth comb I purchased a leather sectional from a furniture store and bought the year warranty plan Most people are under the assumption when something goes wrong with the item under warranty it will be fixed Because I gave a date (an estimated time I noticed the problem) over days from the day I called, the claim was denied

Won't honor a year warranty on leather furniture
On February 21, 2011, I purchased a leather Arizona BRK Living Room set from Value City Furniture in Woodbridge, VA Along with it, I purchased a 7-year limited warranty against chips, gouges, spills, etc Since moving to South Carolina in 2012, the plan followed On January 17, 2016, I noticed that there was a small puncture on the headrest of the Love Seat that was beginning to peel On January 25, 2016, I located my warranty certificate but called Value City Furniture in Woodbridge, VA They said that I should call UNITERS NA, which I subsequently did I explained my problem to them He asked when did I notice the tear I told him the date Then he asked me to hold After about minutes, he came back to the phone and said that I was outside of the 5-day window to report the damage and that they will not honor the repair request I told him that I did not realize the damage would spread and did not find my warranty boo
