Uniters NA has failed to fix or replace my recliner, of which I have a warrenty for through Value City Furniture
In 2014, I bought a recliner through Value City Furniture in Gurnee, IL I purchase a 5-year warranty which covered damage and cleaning with this recliner through Value City and subsequently through Uniters NA In March 2017, the recliner became stuck in the Up Position and failed to go down I contacted United NA immediately to request a fix or replacement Uniters NA sent a technician out and determined a part was needed to fix the Love Seat Recliner On 3/27/2017, I received a letter in the mail stating that it would take 8-weeks to receive the part in the mail Beginning on 6/12/2017, I began calling Uniters NA everyday to find out where the part was and when it was going to be delivered On 6/23/2017, a supervisor finally told me that the part was not going to be delivered until mid-July, and that if it wasnt delivered to me by mid-July, then Uniters NA would

I purchased a sofa set from value city furniture in I also purchased a protection plan for it which I later found out is provided by UNITERS
I am trying to file a claim to fix some damages to my sofa and the insurance company is saying that they cannot fix it even though it is covered by insurance
