This company doesn't contact customers about denied claims and then finds ridiculous loop holes to avoid upholding their end of the warranty
We purchased our sectional from a very popular local furniture store in our area and purchased the best warranty package offeredWe had our sectional less than a year when the seams started to separateThe uniters tech came out, inspected the couch, then told us "Call 'said store' when the cushion covers are delivered and they will come out to install them." We assumed the claim was being approved since HE TOLD US TO CALL WHEN WE GOT OUR COVERSWell, three months passed *** we never received our coversCome to find out, Uniters denied our claim because they said the fabric is fraying, not separating, and that is an issue to handle with the manufacturerWe never received a call or anything, they just put a note in their website that it was deniedI would LOVE to know the difference between seam separation and seam fraying!!! So pathetic!!

Uniters North America is refusing to honor their warranty to make every effort to repair our damaged product before replacement
We purchased a dining room table, chairs and sideboard from Macy's Furniture Gallery in October We recently had accidental damageWe called Worrynomore immediately to submit a claim to get our tabletop repairedA technician came out and said it could be fixed, however, he had to submit an estimate and Worrynomore would decide if they wanted to repair or replace the productThey are choosing not to honor their warranty to repair our table, even though it covers structural damage to the finishMacy's discontinued the set, but they have a set with the exact same table and slightly different painted legsThe table top is a complete matchWorrynomore and Macy's said they will not repair the damaged product because it's been discontinued, which has nothing to do with the repairIt sounds like this warranty plan is only a replacement or credit value pl

We purchased a sofa sectional from American Signature and at the same time was sold an extended protection warranty at almost 25% of the cost of the sofaWe filed claim on 2/as we had a rip in our sofaRips are clearly covered in their warranty disclosure

Worry No More warranty cancelled without explanation of claims process
In April of I filed a claim with Worry No More for a desk that I purchased from Macy's in After the inspector came to look at the desk, I never received a call, email, or correspondence that my claim was approvedI had to call the warranty department to find out the status of the claim, which a CSR told me was approvedThe CSR said "whenever you get the time, go to Macys and proceed with the exchange, they can look your claim up in the system"It was never explained to me that I had a total of months to do the exchange or my warranty would be CANCELLEDSo being that I'm military, I moved to California in February and proceeded to Macys to do the exchange only to find out that my sales check for the product was no longer validI spoke with a supervisor at Worry No More and all she could regurgitate was that she's sorry for what happened to meAlso they kept trying to place the blame with Mac
