Extremely pleased by all aspects of the processOne of the holy purchase again and would recommend to everyone

Worry No More warranty cancelled without explanation of claims process
In April of I filed a claim with Worry No More for a desk that I purchased from Macy's in After the inspector came to look at the desk, I never received a call, email, or correspondence that my claim was approvedI had to call the warranty department to find out the status of the claim, which a CSR told me was approvedThe CSR said "whenever you get the time, go to Macys and proceed with the exchange, they can look your claim up in the system"It was never explained to me that I had a total of months to do the exchange or my warranty would be CANCELLEDSo being that I'm military, I moved to California in February and proceeded to Macys to do the exchange only to find out that my sales check for the product was no longer validI spoke with a supervisor at Worry No More and all she could regurgitate was that she's sorry for what happened to meAlso they kept trying to place the blame with Mac

Warranty issue - Worrynomore refuses to fix/refund our sectional
I purchased my $sectional along with Worrynomore Great Give Back SS Macys Year RTB at Macy's in Bensalem on 03/28/Policy: XXXXXXX
Sometime later i've got a few stains on the leather sectional, and I opened a claim with Worrynomore Worrynomore dispatched a technician with horrible professional skillsThe technician tried to fix the stains, but created even bigger stains on my leather sectional and therefore damaged my sectionalThe stains were visible from the beginning and the technician was dispatched again, and again he did a lousy job againOver the years, the stains became even more visible, and now, Worrynomore refuses to fix the stains created by the tech saying they don't cover discoloration itemsMoreover, they even refuse to fix new water stains

Company refuses to honor their offer of a cash compensation to the sum of $
On August 4, via telephone I contacted the began the process submitting claim #CXXXXXXX for a sofa I am paying insurance protection for No one returned my call until 8/8/in the form of an email providing instructions to take pictures of the damaged item which I did On 8/22/they sent an email that could not exact replacement and offered me the option of selecting another item of equal or lessor value, or a cash compensation of $ On 8/24/within a day period I sent an email reply selecting option 2, the cash compensation However today, 8/29/I get an email stating the oppose and they were not honoring their offer I called customer service at X XXX XXX XXXX and spoke to a representative who could not explain what actually happened nor could she grant me the opportunity to speak to a supervisor She did state since I did not respond to their option offers they instead chos

We were sold this protection plan by the salespersonShe boasted that if ANYTHING happens to the couch, vomit, pet mess, colored markers (our yo was with us), they would come out and clean the couchI've purchased plans like these before and never needed them, but erring on the side of having a toddler, we bought the planOur kid was just vomit-sick for the first timeWhat I could not catch ended up on the couchWe immediately washed the area with the provided solutionThere was no visible spot, but the smell did not go awayWe washed the area again the following dayNo luckMy husband downloaded the Worry No More app and submitted the claimThe app was not easy to use and provided no confirmationTurns out their solution was to send us more cleaning productI called Macy's and they were astounded that this was the situation and were also under the impression that they would send a cleanerThey told me what to say, I called Worry No More and said exactly what Macy's saidTheir response "we don't cover smells"Zero customer serviceThat's itBrand new couch ruinedWe honestly wouldn't have bought a new couch with a toddler if we knew it wouldn't be coveredShame on Macy's for using such a terrible company to take care of their products, and shame on Worry No More for taking money and providing zero customer service Now I'm being told to call back and ask for a supervisor It shouldn't be this hard to get a company to provide a basic service they sell

Untimely service which resulted in more damage to furniture
I filed a claim on 11/15/regarding my couch, my dog had a litter of puppies on the couchAccording to the warranty pet fluids would be covered, it took the service tech until 12/11/(days) to respond to my claim, in that time we had to remove the couch from the house, it was placed on a covered porch with plastic, it was damaged by a wild animal while outside
Problem date: 11/15/Purchase date:10/13/
Model # XXXXXXX Order # XX-XXXX
Amount $Method: Value City Credit Card
I disputed the outcome, I have tried to contact the company via email times, they do not answer emails and questionsMy dispute review says it was opened on 1/15/closed 1/14/ I have questioned this and not received an answer Everything I seen online says that a service tech will respond in days, mine was

Attempted to place claim on warranty purchased
I called Uniters on 5/3/to discuss cracking of my sofa and to place a claim on the warrantyI told them that we had called before about this several months ago and were pushed off by the companyIt has gotten significantly worse since then so I decided to call backThe customer service rep said "When did you notice this?"I explained how we had called a while back and were pushed off at that time but now it is getting worse each dayShe said "So you noticed this a month ago?"I said "Sure, that sounds reasonable"She then filed my claim and said it was immediately rejected due to the time frame being too long from when it first happenedWhat kind of customer service is it when the rep knows that saying month will get my claim rejected after I explained our situation to them? I did then speak with the manager who tried to help further with this situation but was unable toI spent $on this warranty and I feel as though it

The company does not adhere to their warranty services, misguides customers & makes it impossible for customers to use their service plans
I purchased a couch from a reputable retailer and was offered this warrantee service for any damage that may happen to the furniture within years - the furniture was poorly made and when I filed a claim to have it repaired, the company refused to provide assistance, because I used the word 'Frayed' instead of 'Torn' If they can not uphold their end of the warrantee they are supplying, then they should not accept peoples money and they should be put out of business

Terrible Customer Service, Late, Unprofessional, Inconsiderate of their customers, all around terrible experience
I am very disappointed with the level of service I have recieved since purchasing a new dining set and buffet at Macys furnitureThe delivery went very well! the delivery guys were the only good experience I had with this whole thingI have an issue with the insurance I have purchased through Macys for my tableI purchased the WORRYNOMORE PLAN for $!! The lady that sold me the table told me that it covers everything scratches dents EVERYTHINGShe stated that if they could not fix it, they would replace it
Couple moths go by and I placed a claim through the insurance for holes in the table, I placed the claim with uniters, a company called FSN contacted me and told me a tech would be at my house on saturday between 10am and pmI waited home that Saturday all dayPM came and I still did not recieve any calls or any tech at my houseI call the number

Uniters will not honor a year warranty on a couch and chase bought from AmSignature FurnitureTold Bonded leather tnot covered
American Signature Furniture(Value City) and Uniters have all this information

To whom it *** concern,
This is my 3rd email about this claim dispute & I am up against the deadlineCan you please let me know if you have been looking at my claim and if you receive this one? Thank you & please see belowUnfortunately this has been a stressful and upsetting situation/process for me!
I bought a sectional black leather sofa and chase at American Signature Furniture(Value City) in Tampa, Florida about years agoThe sofa has been minimally used and recently I noticed a couple of tears in the upper backing on the chase part & a very bad shredded/peeling type tear in the seat cushion part of the actual sofaI called and was told I had the best warranty (years)I thought great! An appointment with a repair technician wa

*** Claim submitted in regards to a stain and tearTech never showed upRe-submitted claim denied due to seam tear and lack of communication
I have contacted this company many times to resolvedEach time everything, no matter what was deniedI attempted several times to request for a dispute and the claim to be revisitedThen during one claim I put "UNKNOWN CAUSE", thinking pets were covered put possible pet damageClaim was denied, I continued to attempt to dispute, informing the company the cause was unknown and not even possible to be a dog tearThis has been going on for over a year in attempt to be resolved without this default of denial on each and every claimFinally found the a number to even speak with someone at this companyThey place me on hold for long periods of time, continually informing me its denied and the dispute department will get back with meI have purchased their warranty from Value City, I have bought couches from them and this is the only i

Misleading warrantiesleather sofa bought in for $3k tore in yearsWas told the warranty does not cover parts where people sit! RIDICULOUS!
I purchased a leather sectional for $3,at Value City Furniture and paid for a warranty to cover any tears or damage In August 2017, the leather began to thin and eventually tore in two places on one part of the sectionalI submitted my claim and was quickly sent this reply: "The photos that were submitted reflect cracking/peeling on your furniture.the leather is cracking/peeling in the seating area of your furniture Unfortunately your protection plan only covers cracking/peeling in the non-seating area for this type of leatherPlease refer to your warranty certificate for specific coverage and exclusion information."
The warranty is extremely misleadingI highly doubt anyone would knowingly purchase a warranty that does not cover parts of a product that would not be used! Sofas are bought to SIT ONNever would I need to

Uniters Pure is stating that my damage is not covered under the warranty I purchased however it states in the pamphlet I was given that it is
I purchased a sectional from *** furniture in july of I also purchased the extended warranty with it offered through Uniters PureIt is a leather sectionalOn Sunday, 4/23/17, while doing my spring cleaning, I noticed that the leather was cracking/peeling on of the pieces of the sectionalI got my paperwork out and attempted to log in online, however, it said that they could not find anything on meI called the store on Monday 4/24/but didn't reach anyone, was on hold, since at work, had to hang upI called again on Wednesday, 4/26/and spoke to Althea to find out how to make a claimShe told me that she would send someone out then said for me to send them pictures by emailI sent those pictures on 4/26/She stated I would hear something back from the managerI never heard back from the manager so on 5/3/I cal

Uniters refuses to clean my mattress though I paid for a warranty and they gave my defect mattress pads
I am disputing the decision to not honor my warranty This is the second time the Uniters company has done this I paid to have my mattress professionally cleaned by Sears with their first denial for the same reason: accumulation of stains This is nonsense and not a valid reason given the fact that when I submit a claim, Uniters sends someone 3-weekly after the initial claim date to merely take pictures to send back to Uniters I submitted a second claim (after having my mattress professionally cleaned by Sears) on November 3, and the company did not come to my house until November 28, It took the company three weeks and three days to send someone to my home Given the fact that Uniters provided me with TWO DEFECTIVE mattress pads, what do you expect? When I purchased this mattress from Macy's, I was told that the mattress pad would guard against any spi

We purchased a warranty from this company when buying furniture from Value City FurnitureWe had some spring issues with our sofaWe opened a claim with the companyAfter almost a month a technician came to 'look' at itHe didn't do anything but assured us that he will give us a call to make an appointment to fix itNothing happened for the next monthsFollowing that I called them up and the customer service agent I spoke to said that the technician has mistakenly closed the ticket without actually fixing anything! He said he was reopening the claim and we should hear back within the next weeksThat didn't happen eitherSo I call them up again and this time I am told that the last customer service agent sent an email to the people who were supposed to call me but there is no record of the emailShe again started the process from scratchThis is totally ridiculousThe whole company is a big SCAM!!! Do not get their warranty

Very pleased with the repair on my couchThe serviceman was on time and very pleasant!

In breach of performance guarantee/warranty obligations
My wife and I purchased a sectional sofa from the Macy's at N State St, Chicago, IL XXXXX on 3/24/from the Macy's furniture showroom departmentThe sectional sofa was delivered on 3/31/by Macy'sWhen we purchased the sectional sofa from Macy's, the Macy's sales associate also sold us the WORRYNOMORE ACCIDENT protection plan for $offered through a third party company d/b/a Uniters North America, LLCThe Macy's sales associate told us it would be a mistake not to purchase and he earned additional incentive on the sale from Uniters North America, LLC as an add-onThe WORRYNOMORE ACCIDENT protection plan was presented by the Macy's sales associate as a year warranty that provides for unlimited in-home professional furniture repairOn 10/6/16, we noticed that a tear in the back of one of our cushions had caused the zipper to come off the trackWe have been unable to fix the tear or put the zipper back on the

I NEVER buy warranty products but this one seemed like a win-win If I don't use it, I get money towards my next purchase My mother always told me, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is Mothers are always right
My problem concerns my dining room table I've kept it covered, along with the chairs, since day one I'm nearly sixty years old and it's the first new set I've ever had I have a table pad and a table cloth over Recently I took the table cloth off to wash, which I do on a regular basis and went to adjust the table pad It didn't move I found where it had fused to the table I don't have a clue as to when it happened but had to be very recent or how it happened I've racked my brains trying to figure it out I'm guessing one of the grandkids did something It was obviously heat related which should be covered by the warranty However, the claim was denied on the basis because they don't know what caused it, The first time the claimed was denied over the phone without even seeing a picture The associate tried to tell me that heat damage wasn't covered in the warranty but it clearly states that it is I disputed the claim but they said it wouldn't be covered because the cause is unknown An it could tell that it is heat damage from the evidence I'm stuck with a dining room table that will never be uncovered and I am so disappointed I'm sure when the time comes to cash in on the warranty because I never used it, there will be a reason why that won't happen either That's the way these businesses roll All I can say is I believe in karma What goes around, comes around I don't know how you sleep at night I would never recommend this company to anyone, in fact, I have warned everyone I know to stay far, far away

this is the worst company .I needed a loveseat fixed and called them in july it took month before the tech came out to tell me he needed a part, another month before I was told the part was no longer available. They offered a store credit, a refund of $and other thing I took the $now this was in August in Sept I receive a letter to sign and fax back times(which I paid for) no one ever informed me they didn't receive it until I called to find out what the problem was ,now in Oct I made another calls and finally told it was in accounting being process now it is Oct 20th call again this time told something happened to the checks and they had to be redone and I would receive it next week and if not to call back so I'm still waiting
